« The Hut itself is somewhat tired and although you know its old and quirky we would find being there if the weather was wet & miserable pretty ugly! Plus the advertised "air conditioning" is 3 standing fans and 2 oil heaters. « Everything about Kereru Cottage outdid our expectations. Beautifully presented and maintained inside and out with everythjng we could possibly need for our 6 night stay. Appreciated the comfy bed & cotton sheets. The surroundings of native & exotic trees frequented by native birdlife including ruru at night made us forget we were only minutes from a busy motorway. Eigentlich sogar besser.Da wir direkt vom Airport in die Unterkunft kamen, war es eine schöne Überraschung, dass der Kühlschrank gefüllt war (sogar ein Bier :-) und auch viele andere "Kleinigkeiten" waren vorhanden. Wir mussten uns daher nach dem langen Flug nicht gleich auf den Weg zum Supermarkt machen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einer Ferienwohnung...
