« What a lovely quiet area with lots of walks but close to towns and villages with things to do and see. The grounds were well looked after and usable by our dog as was a good part of the restaurant. The 2 crowning glories though were: the food which was of a high standard being well cooked and presented and the staff who were really welcoming and friendly throughout, knowlegeable about the food on offer and well paced with the ordering and delivery of the food. »

« Visiting in my own I stayed 3 nights at Prince Rupert. Fantastic location right in the centre. I had a lovely friendly welcome, the staff at the desk were very helpful. The room is nice, small but very clean tea/coffee making facilities, very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Good breakfasts. I had a couple of dinners at the restaurant - very friendly, good food. My only complaint is the horrible Richard Claydermanish music in the restaurant! Thank you for my nice stay. »

« What a super hotel. Never stayed in an octagonal room before but it gave the feeling of space. Nicely furnished throughout with plenty of nods to Darwin. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb, both for selection of options and friendliness of staff. I haven't had better anywhere (including in a lot of foreign travel!). One small and insignificant point: Our bed/room was adorned with 6 pillows and 10 cushions of varying sizes. Possibly excessive! »

« The lodge was very well equipped, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus and main reason for booking this particular lodge, which meant we could truly relax and enjoy our stay at The Baiting House. The Baiting House staff were welcoming and polite. We didn't eat at the pub/restaurant during our stay this time but did enjoy a drink in the bar. Thank you. We will be returning. »

En effet, après la prise de la commande, on m'a fait attendre plus de 30 minutes avant de me faire servir mon lunch qui n'est jamais arrivé. J'ai dû quitter l'établissement sans prendre mon lunch. Pourtant la salle du déjeuner était vide! Enfin, sachez qu'on vous comptera 10 GBP de supplément pour un late check out de 2 heures à savoir jusqu'à 13h00 au lieu de 11h00. »
