"Conveniently located off the main hwy in Eastpoint, Fl. this property was a great find. We didn't have advance notice of our business trip, so we were thrilled to find this guest house on very short notice. The owner BJ, who resides on the property, was great to work with. The location was beautiful and safe. Everything you need is available if you want to cook in or there are Great restaurants nearby, Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"Great place to stay. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Central AC on 2nd floor so can’t set your own temp. Was still comfortable though. Central to everything."
