Appartement luxueux de 1930 dans le centre ville, à l'extrême ouest d'Edinbourg

Learmonth Court is an elegant art deco mansion, set back in a quiet private road within landscaped gardens. It has the security of a resident caretaker and has lifts to the apartment, which enjoys amazing views from its 4th floor location. Perfectly situated, it is a 15 minute walk to the start of the attractions at the West End of Princes Street, a 5 minute walk to the local Waitrose supermarket and a 2 minute walk to the local restaurant and bar. It is regarded as a home from home by our guests who have rated it 5 stars and have come back year after year, loving the comfy beds, the sofas dressed with plump cushions and throws, and the well equipped kitchen. Our guests tell us how they love sitting at the bay window after a hard day's sightseeing, enjoying the view over the roof tops to the stunning Fettes college and beyond to the Kingdom of Fife. Then, enjoying a peaceful night sleep in one of the 2 double bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a twin) with its fresh white bed linen. We have now completely renovated the bathroom and kitchen, which features a twin oven and ceramic hob, along with integrated fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Overall, the apartment is furnished to a high standard with wireless broadband just another feature in the all inclusive price shown. All-in-all, you will find the apartment very comfortable - a real home from home.

séjour parfait, le propriétaire est un vrai gentleman. Nous avions eu peur que ce logement soit situé trop loin du centre, mais il n'en est rien Le chemin est très accessible à pieds malgré nos jambes de retraités un peu fatiguées. le logement est superbe , très bien équipé, on se croirait chez quelqu'un plutôt que dans une location. futur vacanciers vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance cordialement

Fantastic property with ideal transport links close by. Spacious, clean with an extremely helpful host who takes care to send all relevant information required to make your trip smooth as possible. Parking was fantastic, right outside the main door. Will hopefully be back!

The perfect spot!
This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Edinburgh. The flat is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was very clean! The view from the dining room was spectacular and as an early morning riser, I loved being able to watch the sun come up from that vantage point. The hosts were so wonderful as well! They were very accommodating, responsive to questions, and offered great suggestions for places to check out while visiting. The kitchen was well equipped for us to eat in or get take away. We continued to find nice little touches throughout our stay. We loved knowing we would have a warm, comfy place to come home to after a long day of adventure. I hope we have the opportunity to visit again and would definitely book this lovey flat again!

Spacious flat in a great location
We had a great 4 night stay in this wonderful flat with great views. Very quiet at night. Outstanding communication from the hosts ahead of time. Location was ideal for us to explore Edinburgh as tourists. We either walked or took Uber. Buses would have been an easy option too. Wish we had stayed longer to explore Stockbridge (which we didn't get to until our last day there). Looking forward to visiting again!

It's been 30 year since my last trip to Edinburgh and it was everything I hoped it would be, for me and my niece, who had never been. The flat was just as advertised, beautifully appointed and in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay you cannot go wrong with this Art Deco flat!

Short visit to Edinburgh
Edinburgh was a great city to visit and the beautiful apartment made it easy and comfortable. The warm floor in the bathroom was a luxurious touch. We admired the view from the dining table at the end of the day.We loved the location and the bus to the center was easy to get to and we enjoyed walking down into Stockbridge for dinner and groceries. We would definitely stay here again.
