Luxury, luxury, luxury. That is what you'll think once you walk in the door of Hillside Court Chalet East, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging. In 2022 this home underwent a complete renovation. Everything is new, from the appliances & linens down to the paint on the walls. The owners added a gameroom downstairs along with a top of line media room complete with a sound system, large SmartTV with Roku, cable/satellite service and even a DVD player. That is just one of the two living areas. If your group wants to spread out or varies in tv preferences, there is also a spacious living room on the main floor with cable/satellite tv & Roku. The main floor or ground floor is also home to a gourmet kitchen, dining room for 8 people, laundry and access to the deck where guests will find the private hot tub, outdoor dining, a gas grill and gas firepit. There are bedrooms on each floor, all with ensuite baths and King beds. If you have anyone in your group who prefers games to tv there is a great card/game table set up in the landing of the upper level. The owners have left quite a few board games for guests to use. In addition to everything in the home, the neighborhood has a plethora of amenities. This home is only minutes from the Arrow Bahn ski lift and the center of Arrowhead Village. Walking to the Village is easy in summer months and in the winter we have a free shuttle service, called the Village Connect, that will take guests to and from the Village at no cost. The development is built in and around the Country Club of the Rockies, a private golf club that offers those staying in the community the opportunity to dine at its Vista restaurant and swim in the pool as well as snowshoeing & cross country skiing when conditions permit in the winter season. Also, the numerous shops and dining options in town of Edwards and the Riverwalk at Edwards are just a couple of miles down the road.

– Shuttle: "Dial A Ride" shuttle service is available to and from the Arrowhead, Beaver Creek, or Bachelor Gulch ski lifts. They pick guests up at the unit once the guest calls to request the shuttle. There are free buses that can take guests to Avon which are accessible from the dial-a-ride stops

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the Property – From the driveway guests can enter the home without encountering any stairs. You'll enter the home on the main/ground level and either go up or down a flight of stairs to reach the other two floors.
– Parking – Parking for 1 car is available in the heated garage. There are about 3 spaces in the driveway. If parking large trucks there may only be space for 2. If this is a concern, please reach out to us prior to booking.
– 4WD vehicle information
– 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. The home is up on a hill above the town of Avon so you will have to drive uphill to get here. The road is well maintained and plowed since it is the primary access to Beaver Creek Resort.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.

Amazing!!!!
This house is just absolutely beautiful, one of the most beautiful we have stayed in over the past decades!!!! Understandably the owners want to preserve it so my only suggestion would be to allow guests to have the garage remote even if paying a substantial security deposit and have the rental company release a little bit of the check out process(wcih by the way is on an app!). We all enjoyed this house (the deco, huge TVs, super high tech appliances, Pac Man arcade, huge media room memory foam king beds.....) so much that, against our rule to never stay twice in the same place we checked if it would be available for spring break 2024 or Thanksgiving 2024....but it is not. Everything is as pictured And to our surprise there were lots of things to eat and cook with in the pantry that we also replenished! Thank you owners for sharing your jewel with us (just landed back in Orlando minutes ago and doing the review because I got the request in my emails

The townhome is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. My family visited for Fall Break and had a great time. The kids loved the playroom and the hot tub. The home is spacious and very comfortable. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet.

Upscale House & Neighborhood
We have stayed in several places in Arrowhead and by far this is the nicest house! The decor was beautifully done, had a nice view of the mountains and plenty of space for us. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, ping pong table, pickle ball courts, hiking, golf and dinner at the nearby restaurants. We look forward to renting it again!

Beautiful clean house
We had a family of four that stayed here. The house was very clean and beautifully remodeled. The house had high end furnishings and very comfortable king size beds in every room. The view from the living room was relaxing and peaceful. Our 12 yr old son loved the ping pong table and Pac-Man game system. We had plenty of room to spread out in this gorgeous home. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you may need, several items were left in the pantry from prior guests which was nice. The primary bedroom had a temperpedic bed that was very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying this incredibly clean and high end home. Vail was a short 15-20 minute drive, not far at all. Edwards has several restaurants and things to do. Bearcat horseback riding stables are only about 15 minutes away. Great location!
