More of a Motel than a Cabin
This is more of a motel than a cabin. The cabins are attached to your neighbors with extension cords running behind the couch and into the neighboring cabin. When you pull in it feels more like you’re pulling into a trailer park than a mountain resort, it didn’t help that this cabin is right next to the road.
The inside was mostly clean but everything is very dated.
Previous reviews mentioned that all the furniture was sticky and the property manager said they would fix it. I am here to tell you they did not.
The fireplace they advertise is not a wood burning fireplace and it’s only on while the heat is on, so if you’re looking for a romantic evening by the fire you will be disappointed. Even when it’s on it’s a cheap gas fireplace and not a nice one.
Everything seems to work at 80%. There is burners on the stove that don’t work, they give you a fan which is nice but the lever on top to make it rotate is broken off. The hot tub is clean but several buttons on the key pad don’t work and not all the jets work.
They provide dishes but they are DIRTY, when we checked in the dishes had crusted on food from the last tenements on them. Overall this property is not worth what they are charging, it’s a fancy motel with an hot tub.
