Primary guest must be 25 and reservation must match identification provided with verified age, and remain on-site throughout the booking dates.

Dive in the beautiful heated pool, have a drink around the fire pit at sunset time, enjoy a nice dinner prepared with the 4 burners barbecue on the large outdoor covered patio and finish your night at the pool table!

Very quiet street and neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 2 outdoor parking spaces. No garage parking.

There are absolutely NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, MUSIC COMPOSING, DJ's, VIDEO SHOOTS. The number of guests on site, at any time, may not exceed the approved number as requested in your booking.
Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250.

There is a fine up to $1200 per violation of this code and this will be your responsibility to pay before you depart the property. Please be advised the neighbors pay close attention to the rules and they will report misconduct so please be quiet and courteous at all times. We have Minut devices throughout the interior and exterior of the home that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations). If we are notified more than once for noise then your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

No street parking allowed, this is strictly enforced. Be advised, there are exterior cameras around the perimeter of the home to monitor this policy. They are also used for security measures while the home is vacant.

The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell for easy access and security purposes.

Also, we are happy to provide toiletries for your arrival, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.

Service dogs and ESA are welcome.

*The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located at the front door for easy access and security purposes, and non recording noise sensors located in the living room and outside patio that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations).

*Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. Strict noise policy enforced on the property, by us, the community and by City Code Enforcement. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the City Rules, as well as house rules, at all times

*We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.
