“The Coral Cottage” is a sweet little custom home located on the Pedestrian Beach Area near Jetty Park, the Butterfly & Nature Trail, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & The Splash Pad. With peek-a-book water views of both the beach and bay you can sit on the deck and enjoy the amazing views all day.

The spacious deck gives you plenty of room to spread out while enjoying the sun and views. The deck has many features which make it more comfortable, such as timed lighting, fans & bar table with swivel chairs. Helping make your outdoor experience more enjoyable downstairs you will find a wonderful brand new (3/24) open air shower which offers a quick, easy and private area to shower off before going upstairs. Leave a clean towel or change of clothes before heading to the beach and clean up as soon as you arrive back from a day of adventure. Also, additional lighting, a BBQ grill, a wagon, beach toys and beach towels.

Inside you will be happy to see brand new flooring (3/24) throughout the home. You will love the layout and comfortable furnishings. The living room features 1 large recliner couch, a 54” TV and plenty of board games for fun family time. The dining area features a large table that can seat six with an additional 2 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is beautifully designed with great flow, plenty of counter top and cabinet space. It’s fully stocked with a Keurig Coffee maker & pods, a blender & smoothie maker, a large crock pot and for added fun a Texas shaped waffle maker! Other convenient features are an RO water filtration at the kitchen sink & an iron breaker water filtration system throughout the home. Also, new as of 3/24 you will be able to enjoy the benefits of a closed cell foam insulation which provides a cooler & quieter home. This is a benefit you won’t find in many of the vacation homes in Surfside but will be so happy to have it. It offers a much more comfortable experience.

Right across from the kitchen, you will find the laundry area with a full sized washer / dryer and storage.

Down the hallway are two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable Queen room & Bedroom 2 has 2 sets of custom twin bunks with storage & outlets for charging devices.

“Coral Cottage” is a fun property with plenty of space for your small group. Beach access is within short golf cart ride, drive, bike ride or walk.

Pet Policy: your furry friends are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. 2 pets max.

Great little getaway cottage!
The place was very clean, double bunk beds so the kids all had spaces to sleep. Provided modern appliances, bbq grill, utensils, a blender, and plenty of seafaring toys; a wagon, boogie boards, shade tent, fishing rods and an electric couch for resting after a long day to watch a movie with the family! Thanks for a great vacation destination! The family and I loved it!

This is a great little beach house!! We will for sure stay here again before the end of the year. Management was prompt with everything. It has everything you need so don't over pack like my girlfriend did! 😂😂 Everything you need is very close! Beach is just a small drive! Awesome place Beach Resort! Thanks and we will see you again!

The house was very nice. The owner did a fabulous job with the kitchen by layout, set up, organization and providing everything you'd need. Nice patio furniture to watch the sunset. Comfortable mattress as well. Great neighbors too!

Nice relaxing stay
It was a fun stay with my husband and sons. It was a Cute beach house close to the beach and access road. The only thing a little confusing was that it posted 2 baths but it’s 1 1/2 bath. The property management was kind and replied very quickly to all my messages. We enjoyed our stay.
