Precious Memories est vraiment une cabane unique sur 15 acres! Vous bénéficiez d'une vue imprenable à 360 degrés sur les montagnes avec un isolement total! C'est dans une communauté fermée appelée Fawn Hollow, avec seulement 6 autres chalets sur 150 acres, ce qui en fait la communauté la plus privée des Smoky Mountains. Nous avons même Internet sans fil pour un supplément.

Cette belle cabine offre trois chambres à coucher plus un lit dans le grenier, trois salles de bain complètes et une demi-salle de bain. La propriété comprend un ruisseau par temps humide, une grotte, une cascade, une source et une aire de pique-nique.

Nous sommes dans le meilleur emplacement des Smoky Mountains! Very much enjoyed our stay, the front porch is incredible
Sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying cocktail hour on that deck after hiking in the park was absolutely wonderful. Great spot to grill too. The deck faces east so you get the sunrise over the mountatins. The fire pit and hot tub are just icing on the cake and the pool table downstairs is great. It was a perfect home base near the quiet side of the park away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only down sides, which really aren't a big deal, are the kitchen is stocked but missing some things that would really help like some tupperware or zip lock bags/aluminum foil etc. I also let the owner know about an animal that was in between the floors and running around now and then and some bees in the front deck and he said he would take care of all of that and responded very quickly to all my Qs (i try to have none). The wifi is also very slow, I needed to work a bit so plan on no zoom meetings as cell service is poor too. I think that should be mentioned in the description. But overall the place is a bullseye if you are looking for a high end cabin, in a quiet spot with an amazing view near the Townsend entrance to the park. Just don't plan on getting any work done, which is the point of vacation.

Excellent large cabin in the mountains
Spectacular views from every room. Every bedroom and living space has expansive balconies. Seclude yet close to town, please check the map on other cabins, some are super far! We were two couple and two children, everyone had their own room. We will be coming back.

My family greatly enjoyed or stay. It is very spacious and clean and in a beautiful area. I really liked that it felt like you were secluded but yet it is not too far off the main road.

decent but not great for the price
Precious Memories was an overall good stay. This cabin is hidden and yet it is close to town. The check-in process was easy. I will say the road leading to the cabin is narrow for 2 vehicles, but the owner reassured us that there is enough room, and we would rarely see another car pass by. He was right we never saw another car. The inside of the cabin was clean but it is in need of some repairs. I feel it is overpriced. Our family vacations in Tennessee a lot in the fall and winter months and we have paid a lot less for nicer cabins. The door to the half bath doesn't want to stay shut. The temperature in the cabin between rooms was a pain to regulate. IT was really hot upstairs and super cold down stairs. There were 2 heaters in the cabin for use. We did not use the fireplace while on our stay. We did use the hot tub which had a tarp covering it up and we were asked to put it back on after use. The owner did tell us the cover was destroyed by a bear and a new one has been ordered. The tarp was a pain to put back on with the rachet straps. The hot tub is accessible from the main bedroom only unless you want to go outside and walk around the cabin. The beds were pretty decent and no one complained of waking up sore. The couch/love seat in the living room was not comfortable. We also did not use the fire pit due to a burn ban and the winds were fierce while we stayed. however it looks like a nice set.

Beautiful property overlooking the Smokies. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck watching the beautiful sunrises. There were 9 adults and had plenty of room. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Family Spring Break Trip
The location was perfect for our family's spring break vacation. My husband, I and our two adult daughters (26 and 20), so enjoyed the cabin and location. The views were incredible and it was very peaceful. We enjoyed exploring both Wears Valley and Townsend and eating at some of the local establishments. Spent some time in the park exploring as well. Great time of year to visit, as it wasn't that busy and the weather was great. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Great place to stay!!
Beautiful, clean cabin. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed staying on the Peaceful side of the mountain. Cabin was secluded in a gated community. The cabin was stocked with everything you needed minus the food but if you call the Smoky Mountain grocery they will have what you need waiting in the cabin for you. Awesome place. Look forward to staying there again in the future.

Perfect location
7 adults shared this cabin and we had plenty of space. Beautiful views from all the porches. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. It was the perfect location for us to make a quick drive for day hikes in the Smokies and return back to relax in the evening on the porch.

Perfect Peaceful Location
Overall experience was easy and stress free. The cabin was in good shape, and there was plenty of room for our family. The only thing I would suggest for anyone is to make sure to bring extra blankets if you are cold natured. We had extras with us, so we were prepared. We loved the location. We had plans in Townsend, but we also wanted to “play” in Pigeon Forge, so it we got the peaceful country and the short drive to either town we wanted to go to. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

The property is very nice and surrounded by nature, with various amenities (jacuzzi, bbq, snooker, ...). Bedrooms are comfortable (soft mattresses), and the kitchen is convenient. We had an excellent time at the cabin, and we recommend this place to connect with nature, and disconnect from the rest (though wifi remains available ...)

Wonderful place to unplug and reconnect!
The initial experience with the property manager was wonderful! He was flexible, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The listing was identical to what we experienced! There were 4 adult couples and the house had plenty of room for us all! It was clean, well-stocked and had AMAZING views. We were able to relax in the hot tub, witness the most beautiful sunrises and actually hear nature. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend.

Spring Break Base Camp
We rented the cabin for our youngest daughters spring break. We went hiking daily on many different trails located close by. We enjoyed thoroughly. We only got to utilize the cabin, unfortunately, for the evenings to sleep, but it met our expectations and was nice to relax at during our downtime. Hot tub helped rehabilitate us for the next days adventure. The short drive to each destination is well worth not being in the “tourist zones” in town. Planning to schedule another get away in the future with friends to go on some more hiking adventures in the area.

We’ll be back!
This cabin is easy to get to (all paved roads) and is in a small private gated community. We loved the privacy we had while sitting on the decks and in the hot tub! We had plenty of space for our family of four but this cabin would easily be comfortable for 8+ people. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay and the little extras in the kitchen (spices and coffee filters) were a plus. We enjoyed the slower-paced atmosphere of Townsend but all the attractions of Pigeon Forge are not far. We’ve stayed in the Pigeon Forge area several times and this cabin is our favorite so far because of the ease to get to and location. We’ll be back!
