Newly built cottage on a quiet residential street and walking distance to the strip, where there are cute shops, restaurants, bars, live music, etc. We are also only 7 miles from Spire sports and training facility, and 8 miles from Ashtabula Harbor.

Perfect!
Best place we have stayed in 25+ yrs. The owner has literally thought of every detail. Brand new home close to town. Had a blast celebrating our friends 60th birthday. Enjoyed the covered front porch , although it never rained! And the fire table in the back yard facing the woods.

The cottage is very clean and comfortable. It has a nice location to GOTL (you could walk) but far enough away that it is nice and quiet. The host is incredibly responsive and thought of everything!

Great Getaway!
Spent a weekend touring wineries. Cottage is in a great location, quiet neighborhood and was very clean. We utilized the kitchen for cooking breakfast. Everything we needed was there. Highly recommend staying.

The cottage exceed our expectations. It’s tucked away in a cute and quiet street, but not too far from everything. The place was very clean and cozy! We only stayed for 2 nights, but would absolutely book again for a longer stay! Amy was exceptionally friendly, and helped make our stay comfortable!

This was our third time booking this property and are still blown away by the upkeep, cleanliness, amenities, snacks and coffee provided. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that the property and host do not provide! This property is our favorite place to stay while visiting GOTL. The host goes above and beyond to make this a home away from home! I highly recommend booking this property!! I know we will definitely be booking this in future! We already have another trip booked for later this summer and can’t wait!

Perfect Little Cottage
My husband, my daughter and I stayed here during a swim meet we were attending at the YMCA and this place did not disappoint. Amy and John were super friendly and checked in multiple times before our arrival. The cottage was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable too! We enjoyed our Thanksgiving at the cottage immensely! The home is brand new & was the cleanest VRBO I think we've ever stayed in. The decor is neutral & pretty. We were very comfortable and were able to make our dinner at the cottage. The beds were very comfortable & we appreciated having the flat screen in the living, along with both bedrooms. We simply logged into our streaming accounts & were able to watch everything we wanted! We really liked the cottage and would stay again if in the area.

This is definitely a stay again place. It is beautiful and nestled in the woods. The beds were very comfortable. There is a fire pit and gas grill in the back, and games to play. Everything you would need is supplied. Personal preference, we would have liked to see a small dresser with drawers in the bedroom and maybe a little table and some hooks in the bathroom to hang robes, wet towels etc. The owners were warm and welcoming and quick to respond.

The host was fabulous and the property exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a property away from GOTL strip but still close, this is the place for you! The cleanliness was above a 5 star. The small touches of snacks and abundance of toiletries and towels was a huge plus for us! We will be booking this place in the future. The only downfall is we didn’t find this property sooner! Thank you Amy for hosting this beautifully decorated place at GOTL.

Great Weekend Getaway
We had a great stay! Amy was so friendly and communication on check in and check out was straightforward. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We also enjoyed using the gas fire pit in the evening after a day out at the wineries. We would love to book again!
