Loblolly Cottage is a peaceful retreat set among towering pines on our
property in Germantown NY. This guest suite harkens back to an authentic 1930s Adirondack cabin that features a reclaimed barn wood interior with vaulted ceilings and antique beams. Outside enjoy our fantastic deck with a Cabana kitchen and fire pit. A short stroll will lead you to the heart of the hamlet where you will find an array of shops and restaurants. Loblolly Cottage is a unique one-of-a-kind vacation experience.

This is a beautiful, cozy, and comfortable cottage. The attention to design detail, stained glass windows in the peaks, lantern wall lights, and barn wood beams, makes this a special place. We were there on a cold and rainy weekend and it was a perfect place to just relax.

The cabin reminded me of my favorite childhood book, Miss Suzy. Charming, quiet, convenient, with every detail considered. Any small question we had was immediately answered. Perfect stay and we’ll be back soon!

Perfect Romantic Weekend
Had a great time staying for a long weekend. Billy was a great host and was very helpful for our whole weekend. The cottage was a perfect spot to rest after spending the day hiking in the area. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here..Billy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area…..Cooked in the first night…travelled to a Billy recommended waterfalls the next day as well as visited Olana ..an historic site very close by…Dinner in town and a walk for ice cream…We really liked the area…We’ll be back

Online and check-in communication was very good. Nice bathroom and outdoor deck. Listing did not mention that the quasi-kitchen was outdoors. There was a refrigerator but no wash-up sink; guests leave dirty dishes for the owner. While this was doable for a couple of days in good weather, we would not repeat the experience. Very small main room with not enough horizontal storage area for baggage.

Everything about it was perfect. The host,Billy, was helpful and friendly. The property is very well managed and cared for, the definition of charming. The location in an idyllic quiet small town could not be better.

Our entire stay was just perfect! The cottage was beautiful, the outdoor space was a treat, and the hosts were great and had thought of everything. Not to mention it was an ideal location for walking to a nice dinner or driving just a bit further for some shopping. We hope to stay again next time we’re in the area!

This was a perfect getaway for one or two people. No detail has been left unnoticed as you enter the beautifully appointed rustic cabin. We spent a lot of time in the private backyard, what a wonderful oasis. With a bar, refrigerator, bbq, hammock and beautiful canopy of trees. The host was attentive but not intrusive. We will be back.

Such a lovely place to stay. The setting is so charming,. Lots of nice, thoughtful touches. The cabana kitchen is a perfect complement to the large deck area, making it easy and comfortable to come up with meals if desired. The hosts were welcoming and eager to accommodate. Perfect Serene Getaway
We had the BEST experience at Loblolly Cottage. The cottage is incredibly charming and the outdoor deck space was perfect for relaxing and grilling all weekend.
