The Space:
This beautiful 18th-century mansion, fully renovated last year, welcomes you with its majestic staircase, high ceilings, and lush hardwood floors. Located within this building is this lovely apartment.

Situated next to the iconic Gravensteen and just steps away from all the delights of the city center, the location is unbeatable. Explore the winding streets and historical landmarks on foot, or take advantage of excellent public transportation to the main train stations and business centers. Parking is easy, with plenty of options nearby.

The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and all the essentials for a pleasant stay. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area.

Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor, without a lift, and there are construction works ongoing at the neighbors during working hours.

Shopping in Ghent is wonderful. Ghent has the largest shopping and walking area in Belgium and a diverse range of markets and shops. All this within a stone's throw of each other. In Ghent you will find the large well-known clothing stores next to authentic boutiques. Every first Sunday of the month you can shop in Ghent during the shopping Sundays. The shops are closed on all other Sundays and public holidays.

You can easily combine your city trip to Ghent with one of the seaside resorts on the Flemish coast. Knokke, Blankenberge and Ostend are a stone's throw away.

The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in it’s own name and on it’s own account.

LINEN AND TOWELS IS NOT PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation does not provide bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. High-quality bed and bath linen can be optionally ordered via Huswell after confirmation of your reservation.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Gand est une super ville, cet appartement est hyper bien placé. A noter toutefois que les deux chambres sont en enfilade et que l'entretien et le ménage ne sont pas exempts de petits défauts.

Phantastische Lage
Schöne, große Wohnung mit großem Balkon mitten im Zentrum. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist ziemlich steil. Toll war, dass es ein Welkome-Paket mit Kaffee, Tee, etc. gibt. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir beim Checkout-Vorgang erst unsere Bewertung abgeben mussten, um die Infos zu erhalten. Außerdem fanden wir es sehr befremdlich, dass wir aufgefordert wurden, die Fragen jeweils mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten. Begründung: weil amerikanische Touristen ansonsten nicht buchen würden. Wenn man nur mit 5 Sternen bewerten kann, wozu gibt es dann überhaupt eine Bewertung? Dieses Procesere hat unseren Aufenthalt getrübt, obwohl die Wohnung und Lage ansonsten super sind.
