« My wife and I are touring Australia and have had a wonderful experience with the exception of this place. Arriving from Melbourne on a 39 degree day (Celsius) we found the office to be closed. After waiting for a while in the heat, an agitated and rude gentlemen let us in to the office to check in. It was shocking how unfriendly this guy was and when when we told him we had booked with Expedia, his disdain worsened. The gentlemen informed us that he needed payment up front for the room and...

« Property was clean and had an abundance of up to date tech. Downsides, car park not secure, difficult to manage steps if needed. »

« This is the second time we have stayed at Bancroft apartments. We love it. Great location, with the best view. It's got everything you need, except WIFI. It's clean and comfortable; my only criticism is some of the cooking equipment needs to be updated eg, the fry pan. »
