« The hotel was nice, but the checkin was quite a pain. I booked via expedia.fr and within a few hours they send le an email since they didnt ubderstood sole french. So i specifically told them i booked a "2 single beds" room. When i arrived with my colleague, they gave us a "1 double bed" room. We went back to the lobby and happily changed the room. Again, it was a "1 double bed" room... So we wemt back and they didnt found another room. So they suggested that one of us sleep on the sofa. I m not...

« The location right on Swansea Beach was perfect in December and I am sure it will be even better in the summer. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect from a Marriott and the staff were lovely - especially the lovely lady who seats you for breakfast! My only warning would be there was an extra £10 charge for parking added which I was not expecting. You would struggle to find cheaper in that location, I imagine, but I just was not expecting it. »
