« Lovely rustic and cozy home, perfect for a big family staycation! The open concept and ample beds made it spacious and welcoming. Located just 5 minutes from the village, it’s super convenient. We enjoyed the working sauna, which was a great perk. However, the house has many stairs and no washroom on the upper floor where the living room and kitchen are, so it might not be ideal for elderly guests. We also could have used a few more garbage bags. Overall, a wonderful spot for a family getaway! »

« This is a large well equipped chalet in a great location. It is perfect for multiple families or a group of friends. We will definitely stay here again. The real wood burning fireplace was a nice touch. »

« Family sibling Christmas weekend with kids and grandkids. Lots of room for everyone!Close to the village. Would highly recommend. Just make sure to bring towels, sheets and most importantly kitchen towels. »

« Made some great memories, the accommodations were as described and location was perfect. Directly in front of the chalet was the south lift and the village was just a short walk. The only negative comment I heard the entire trip was that the frying pans and pots were terrible maybe its time for replacement. Oh and maybe the exterior flood lights can be turned off because they flood the chalet at night when they come on. I would definitely stay there again. »

« A group of 15 friends stayed at this property for three nights. The 8 bedroom home fit us well. We were able to store our 4 bikes inside but it was a bit awkward since there were stairs up to the front door. The kitchen and dining room fit us well. We could have used a few more dishes and cutlery. The hot tub was a hit. Hot water in the showers was a bit hit and miss. The location was great for our planned hikes on the Bruce trail and there was easy access via Monterra Road to the Georgian trail...

« Great house for a larger group, and you can't beat the views from the back deck. The crystal clear river is perfect for wading or boating right off the deck, and there is opportunity for plenty of wildlife sightings across the river too. The living areas are nice and open, and the dining room table is big enough for everyone! The one slight downside that's not apparent in the listing is that the layout of the rooms is a little odd. The bunk room is adjacent to the main living area, and indoor...
