« Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. »

« Comfortable and presentable. Location is great for going downtown or shopping in general. Restaurants are very close by. Property manager was easy to communicate with. »

« This was a late thought out mini vacation to celebrate my birthday and New Year’s. The host met me to hand-deliver keys and provided me an extensive review of the home and the property. He was beyond generous with his time and with his home and all the amenities offered inside and out. The home itself is incredible. « Jane and Jeff's cottage is absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway off the shores of Saratoga Lake. We can imagine that their neighborhood is full of fun, sun, and activities in the summertime but when we visited in October, it was a perfect autumn escape. « Our family decided to do something different this year and go away for Christmas! This house was perfect for 6 people and the host was the best I have encountered on VRBO! The communication was great and Brianna made sure to go above and beyond! If you are looking for a house with a good location with beautiful views and plenty of room for you and friends and family, I would recommend this one! »

« Erika’s cabin is exceedingly cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. Communication was a breeze. The cabin was super comfy to hang out in and located very close to a beautiful state park. Would definitely recommend staying here! »

« The room is as described and shown in the photo and as mentioned in earlier comments the fence has a gap so it’s still a leash required yard, but they have designed a privacy passage between the room and the bathroom so concerns about that have been eliminated. We had trouble with the key box but help arrived quickly when we got there, and they provided everything needed for a lovely stay with my two pups. »

« Clean, comfortable and close to downtown Saratoga Springs. Location was close to highway, grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay. »

« Traveled with family from Wisconsin. Location was close to so many sight seeing adventures, Saratoga springs-racetrack, shopping and dining. Hudson River cruise and museum. We enjoyed our stay!!!! Cute house, spacious inside and out. »

« We had a great time staying here. They've done a great job renovating the former school house. Easy drives to Bennington and Saratoga Springs. »

« We were taking our college kid back to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy and this house was convenient - an easy 20 minute drive to Troy. The house is big with a good kitchen and an outdoor patio and large tree-shaded yard. We also took day trips to Albany and Saratoga which were easy trips from here. There’s a grocery store, wine and bottle shop and pizza and ice cream shops nearby. It’s secluded and quiet. »

« This place was great. Nice house with all the amenities nec. 2 Full bedrooms with private bathrooms, fully equipment kitchen, huge screened in porch with bar overlooking a peaceful creak. Nice living room with excellent entertainment system etc. Super clean and just plain nice. Little niceties in every room! Great communication from the host Mitch who welcomes any questions etc. Couldn’t ask for better ! Why stay in a hotel ?? Thanks Mitch, we had a wonderful weekend with friends !! »
