« This property is right on the water, with a beach only at low tide. The view is magnificent, there are sea lions and other wildlife to see, it is quiet and peaceful. The place was truly immaculate, as well. The host was just attentive enough and the guidelines were clear and reasonable. I really can't say enough good about it and definitely plan to return. « We booked this property while taking a trip to the west side to visit family. We originally chose it because it was close to the zoo. The fact that it’s a completely remodeled, period style home was a quirky bonus, until we got there. Every detail was perfect, from the furniture down to music playing when we walked in. We’re already planning our next visit, but without the kids next time. »

« Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

« Small but perfect cabin for two people. Right on the water. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable queen bed. Loved sitting on the deck watching fishing boats, an eagle and families out in their kayaks. »
