« All in all, our stay was great! The unit was clean and very relaxing. Our favorite part was the outdoor area and fire pit. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, lots of seating in the family room.The main negative was most of the blinds had no easy way to open and close them because the wands had fallen off or were missing. Also, check in was tricky because we got in around 10pm and security was not present and didn’t answer the provided phone number.The hosts communicated well and were helpful. »

« We just loved our stay! Easy check-in/check out procedures, great communication with the owner, clean, plenty of bath towels, quick and easy access to the beach, kitchen had everything needed to cook meals…I could go on and on. Definitely plan to stay here again! »

« Myself and my teenager family liked the stay. The girls had the upstairs, the boys had it downstairs. It is compact and fits four just fine. Not sure if it could fit four adults. The beach is very close, you can bike there. We used the chairs and the umbralla provided by the host. There was coffee, snacks, oranges upon arrival. I could also charge my electric car with an extension cord. »

« We absolutely loved our stay at Jerry’s carriage house. It was perfectly located to access the beach and shops. We walked and biked most of our stay. So much see see inside Rosemary Beach and surrounding areas. The sun porch and downstairs patio allowed us to spread out and enjoy Jerry’s peaceful retreat. The hot tub was a hit with the teens! Jerry was so accommodating and answered all our questions about the area. He was a pleasure to meet and get to know! We’ll be back for sure! »

« Perfect house for our large group. Third floor loft room was perfect for the teenagers to spread out and have their own space and second floor was perfect for adults to have private rooms away from the kids. First floor was large, open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone to gather. Plenty of outdoor space, directly across from pool and super close to beach and to the town/shopping areas.
