« We've stayed at this property four times, and plan to return next year again! It is comfortable, super clean, well appointed, a 5 min. walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the owners are fantastic! They make sure everything is top notch and are available to help when you need it. Plus there are bikes you can use and lots of beach gear (umbrella, chairs, and towels). A wonderful place! »

« We had a perfect stay at Beth’s carriage house. Our family of 4 felt that there was plenty of room in the carriage house. Most of our time was spent in Seaside or in Watercolor. Beth was immediately responsive- really for little questions or recommendations- as we had zero issues during our stay. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you Ms Beth! »

« My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon. It was great, plenty of room and very clean! It was close enough to walk to everything, beach, restaurants, shopping, etc, even at 31 weeks pregnant! »

« Very clean and cute, great location, not ideal for a long term stay for a family because of the small living room area but great for 2-4 days at the beach! Definitely appreciated the sound machines in each room and the easy entry. Would stay here again! »

« This was a superb stay! This carriage house was clean and lovely, with amazing architectural charm and so tastefully appointed. Owners Amy and Dan, were just wonderful. We enjoyed meeting them, and every minute at Number 92. The carriage house had everything one would need for a perfect stay. All was thoughtfully done, and well-designed, and we enjoyed the bikes, too! »

« We just loved our stay! Easy check-in/check out procedures, great communication with the owner, clean, plenty of bath towels, quick and easy access to the beach, kitchen had everything needed to cook meals…I could go on and on. Definitely plan to stay here again! »

« Myself and my teenager family liked the stay. The girls had the upstairs, the boys had it downstairs. It is compact and fits four just fine. Not sure if it could fit four adults. The beach is very close, you can bike there. We used the chairs and the umbralla provided by the host. There was coffee, snacks, oranges upon arrival. I could also charge my electric car with an extension cord. »

« We came down for Thanksgiving with Gparents and immediate family of 5. House was clean and lovely. Top floor was super for our girls even with the spiral staircase. The house does not have the typical reverse floor plan which was nice, for a change. Loads of space in living area and kitchen. Brach gear was a bonus! »
