« We needed lodging for the evening of a wedding attended in Shiner to avoid driving back to Houston afterwards. We searched the area (Shiner, Hallettsville, Gonzales) and ran across this. It turned out to be a hidden gem. Very clean and comfortable (the comfort of the bed is my usual, first gauge of quality....and this king bed was extra comfy). »

« The property is so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the birds and enjoying the great breeze. Such a laid back relaxing stay. We did chill in the river as well. Sheron the Host and owner delivered blueberry muffins and gave us a tour of the farm. Would definitely stay again! »

« This was the perfect stop for our entire family. The location is so close to eveything Garner State Park, Utopia, Frio River, and our favorite Lost Maples. The place has the old country feel but with all the modern necessities. It was so peaceful with all the beautiful trees. So much room to explore around the big home. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of activities for us to do. My family loved hanging aroung the firepit at the end of the night sharing great stories. The cabins are very...
