« Just as described, the beautiful restoration was secluded and quiet and close to Concord and Contoocook. We stocked up on local farm goods at the nearby Dimond Hill Farm. The house was well stocked in linens and the kitchen, and activity shed. We even had a cute baby porcupine grazing nearby as we had some morning coffee by the fire pit. »

« This house was perfect. It was clean, and well equipped. Beautiful location. We found so many nearby fall activities. And the foliage was peaking, everywhere was beautiful. The Intervale Pancake House next to Pats Peak has a great breakfast. Hikes in Fox Forest. I enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning with my coffee and the evening with my wine. If you’re looking for a not too far fall getaway, this place is what you want! Thank you Tim! »

« Jeff was helpful and the property was great. Good AC which helped a ton in the 90° heat last week! Wonderful views, saw a hummingbird my first day there. Black flies were only an issue in the front of the house, they tended to stay away from the deck which is great. »

« Mountainside estate was an absolute dream property! I swear we didn't even find all the bedrooms because there were just so many! « We loved our stay at the Cozy Cabin! It was wonderful to view the sunrise over the lake from the windows each morning. The lake was easy to access. The owners of the cabin were very helpful and have thought of everything to make things comfortable and enjoyable. « His property was the perfect base to ski at Sunapee and explore the area around Newbury and New London. House is fully outfitted, and may be the most completely outfitted rental we've ever had!
