With excellent lake views, a private pool and hot tub, and a short flip-flop away from world-class golf courses and the famous 76 Strip in Branson, this is the perfect headquarters for your vacation!

The main level features a gorgeous kitchen with a large island, and stainless steel appliances including a cooktop with five burners, three ovens, two dishwashers, two coffee makers, and a microwave. With ample seating at two custom wooden tables and along the bar tops, plus a spacious living room with a large sectional, electric fireplace, and 70" Smart TV, this space is perfect for entertaining. Step outside onto the massive deck to enjoy breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake. Make lasting memories with a barbecue on the expansive back deck, complete with two propane grills. We have picnic tables available to enjoy your BBQ, or simply relax in the outdoor seating area. Challenge your family to a fun game of cornhole and take in the stunning view!

On this level, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms for guests of all ages. This floor offers two king suites, one being ADA compatible with a roll-in shower, shower seat, and accessible sink, and one with a futon for additional sleeping options. There is also a bunk room with two triple bunk beds on this level and a TV, great for the kids. A laundry room equipped with a high chair and pack-n-play crib for families traveling with little ones round out this level.

Head downstairs to discover the real heart of this home! Here you'll find a large family room with shuffleboard, a pool table, small tables great for card games, and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The kids won't want to leave this floor, as here is where they will find the private heated indoor pool, with an attached deck housing a 7-person hot tub! Additional amenities on this level include two more 70" TVs in the family room area, one surrounded by another large sectional, with arcade games and a second laundry room. This level includes three more king suites and another bunk room with two sets of triple bunks.

The upper level features the final three king suites available in the home. This is where you will also find the primary suite everyone will be fighting for! It offers its own private covered deck with epic views of Table Rock Lake, as well as a large sitting area and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options. If you'd like to bring your furry companions along, please note that small dogs (Limit 2) are welcome with prior approval and for an additional fee. Staying at Branson Cove means you'll have access to additional shared community amenities including access to another on-site heated indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool with a waterslide, a children's playground, and a pickleball court! There is a scenic walking path leading to Table Rock Lake, offering breathtaking views and more opportunities to create cherished memories. State Park Marina is just a 3-minute drive away, offering beautiful hiking trails boat slips, and boat rentals. We recommend booking your boat rental or slip in advance to secure your spot. Please note that the HOA does not permit boats and trailers to remain within the resort. If you need a local storage option please give us a call.
