« The one night stay in quiet Lowick was excellent. No problems at all. Friendly staff (Brenda) and lovely pub meal downstairs while the room was most comfortable. Only issue was the breakfast. I’ve had better. »

« Hotel very clean and freshly painted. Great view of the sea. Our room was clean and modern but noisy as next to the bar and water evacuation pipes just next to our bed. Probably got the hotels.com room. Breakfast booked for 9 am - very good but service disorganised. »

« Très bel endroit, calme et paisible. L’hôtel atypique est très bien situé dans la ville. L’intérieur est très bien décoré. La vue sur la mer et le port est magnifique. On peut également apercevoir le château de Bamburgh. Le petit déjeuner excellent. »

« Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely cottage. Had all we needed. Clean, comfortable and cosy. Fab location for supermarket, bakery, gift shops and loads of restaurants a few steps away.! Short drive to major sightseeing spots too We would definitely stay again and looking into when we can rebook. Ps. Also got to enjoy the outside seating area for a couple of days. A real sun trap »

« Liked that the room was ground floor and bigger Didn’t like the fact that the WiFi was non existent most of the time although they tried to re boot said everywhere else was fine. But that didn’t help us »

« A very cosy and well-equipped accommodation with excellent facilities, including tea, coffee, and a fridge. The décor is fresh and inviting, and the powerful shower is a great bonus! »

« Booked 2 Rooms & when we arrived the Host said she wasn't letting out Rooms anymore so we were stuck at 7.30pm with nowhere to stay. Having trouble getting a Refund from you. Definitely wouldn't recommend. »

« Really lovely and cosy hotel in the heart of the town. They thought of everything - even the welcome book that had a history of the building and the local area. It was engaging and fun to take time to read. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast served was tasty and set us up for the day. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone. »
