« The house was beautiful and very roomy for our 12 family members. There was a bathroom in every room and the two balconies were screened in plus the short walk to the dock where we kept our boat. The weather for the week was perfect for scalloping and we achieved our limit in scallops each day, we will be back and will rent this house again »

« The Otter House is really nice, spacious and comfortable. The view of the river is spectacular. My husband fished from the dock the entire stay and caught LOTS of fish. Used nightcrawlers on the bottom. The yard was really nice for the dog. The restaurant down the street had great food. »

« Very tastefully decorated house. We enjoyed sitting by a fireplace, looking at the stars, listening to the fish jumping, and watching gorgeous sunsets. Yes, there are a few steps to get in the house, but nothing out of ordinary. No roaches to report. The area is very remote - no grocery stores or a gas station - come prepared. »

« This place is very nice, the owner spared no expense on decor or extras. We have stayed at a lot of rentals but never has anyone been so thoughtful with the extra amenities, if you had forgotten something it was probably in the bathroom. Very clean and well maintained. »
