« We came to scallop point for a quick getaway to relax, and this property did not disappoint! The house is spacious and cozy. The lot was perfect for family fun, and fishing off the dock was relaxing. »

« We have stayed here for a few years, every year during Suwanee River Fair. It's always clean, and easy to communicate with owner. I highly recommend this property. »

« I liked everything about it. It's very tight driving through the subdivision lots of tight corners and all the places looked the same. Don't tow a trailer or a boat through the subdivision after dark. »

« The Otter House is really nice, spacious and comfortable. The view of the river is spectacular. My husband fished from the dock the entire stay and caught LOTS of fish. Used nightcrawlers on the bottom. The yard was really nice for the dog. The restaurant down the street had great food. »

« Amazing property with all the comforts of home. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary supplies, the mattresses were comfortable, outdoor space is functional for relaxing and entertaining. Boat ramp 3 minutes away. Dockage associated with community has covered spots, power and water. Just be ready for a 5 min walk to slip. Load boat from house then launch. Property is highly recommended. »

« What a wonderful place to escape from the busyness of life. The house sits like it's on a peninsula-water views everywhere. The rush of the river is like constant white-noise, providing a wonderful ambiance to enjoy conversation, games, and landscape. If you are looking to kayak or paddleboard, come with experience and lifejackets, as while we were there,the river moved much to fast for anyone to paddle back upstream. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Rivers Bend in Steinhatchee. Having our own boat ramp and dock was nice. The house is clean and has everything you need. It is far back in the canal, so just be prepared for a longer boat right out to the scallops. »

« This property was in a great community. Was very safe for the teens to walk around on their own and even walked down for ice cream. Plenty of individual beds (which is hard to find for a large group). Kitchen was WELL stocked. Needed to buy a broom to clean the floors, but everything was awesome and we will stay here again. »
