The Perfect Home for the 2024 Solar Eclipse
This home was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for hanging out and spending time together, cooking and eating, and sleeping for 8 adults & 4 kids! This home was the BEST equipped & stocked of all we’ve ever rented. Very clean & great décor. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, washcloths, soaps, and more. The open Kitchen/Den was amazing and WELL STOCKED with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Plenty of places for eating: 8 stools around countertop plus 2 tables with chairs. Tons of storage everywhere! Huge pantry. The MBR/bath were great; walk-in closet. One BR downstairs is like another MBR with a huge den included. The washer & dryer were handy, The 2-car garage was large enough to fit a minivan and an SUV, and the driveway another minivan and SUV. We spent a lot of time on the front and rear decks. The firepit in the backyard was awesome and we roasted marshmallows and sat around a fire a couple of nights. The wooded area around the home made it feel like we were camping but with all the luxuries of a home. We hiked around the home several days either walking along the streets or venturing into the woods. Customer service and contact/communication was great. Minor TV issue resolved within 15 minutes of texting property manager. This home is beautiful, clean, well-stocked, very roomy, functional, comfortable, and peaceful. We would choose this home again given the opportunity and highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Hot Springs AR area!

Perfect for family reunion!
Covered by a high vaulted ceiling, surrounded with picture windows overlooking the woods, and warmed by an inviting gas log fireplace, an open gathering area provided a wonderful setting for meal prep, conversation and happy and energetic interchange. Included were two tables, kitchen bar seating for 8, and a cozy living room. There was ample storage area for clothing and personal items though out the home and everyone reported comfortable beds and excellent sleep! We appreciated the thoughtful touches and pleasant decor. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and a great place to relax after spending the day in downtown Hot Springs! It was more than enough space for the 9 of us. It was a little further away from downtown than expected, but it was worth the wait.

Things to consider
Need to rearrange the coach (that makes you sit with your back to the tv) so people can watch tv. Need to put a cover on the electrical switch downstairs so that no one turns the tv off upstairs while people are watching. Need a closet or armoire in the downstairs bedroom. No place to hang clothes.

Quiet and relaxing. Just unbelievable!
I did not see one car. It was so very quiet. I’ve stayed at several VRBOs but I’ve never seen such a well stocked house. The children explored the woods behind but never got out of sight of the huge back windows. We used the fire ring almost every day. We all loved it. Beds for everyone but some extremely hard. Master was just right but I felt sorry for my son and his wife who said theirs in the basement great room was very hard. House was cleaner than every we’ve ever visited. I’m OCD about that. Only found a few places to clean in that huge place. I usually spend all the first day cleaning. My son was so impressed with the kitchen (chef at heart) I couldn’t get him out of there! Spice rack missed sage but absolutely nothing else. Coffee maker, double waffle maker, blender, 4 slice toaster (big enough for bagels), microwave. Awesome 5 burner stove with oven. Fireplace in livingroom lit with a switch on the wall. It was beautiful at night. Absolutely nothing to do but relax. We will be back.

Family Oriented Home!
I absolutely love this home and location. It was secluded away from neighbors so our kids was able to enjoy the huge fire pit with laughter and playing.If you love your family around you while your cooking, this home is the right pick for you. I love the kitchen and dining area.. the natural lighting and farmhouse charm was everything our family needed and wanted. The home was very clean and spacious. The owners really thought hard about pleasing others by creating a hotel experience in a great home. If you have kids 5 and younger you may want to bring a small kids safety gate, because the stairs are straight and younger may need to be assisted when going up and down them.(they have a rail and sturdy)

Very pleasant and quiet!!
I was very pleased with this house. It was a very secluded area, which I loved. Me and my children were able to sit outside by the fire pit and make smores, without disturbing anyone, that was very fun. The owners were super nice and helpful when I needed it. Very nice place for a short vacation with family.

Absolutely wonderful!
This property is everything listed and more! My friends and I have rented lots of homes sight unseen over the years and this was the best we’ve ever come across. Pictures do not do it justice and the owner was very gracious. We had a slight hiccup with a hot water situation (no fault of theirs) and the owner more than made up for the inconvenience and did so with great communication.

LOVED the amenities! A little sad about the air conditioner…
The listing pictures were nice, but when seeing this property in person, it was so much better than we imagined! The woodsy views were great, large rooms and plenty of seating, ample size bedrooms and ANYTHING we could need! Our family has rented many homes over the years and we have never stayed at a property that provided us with so much. We had PLENTY of linens, all essential kitchen appliances and accessories, two charcoal grills on the patio, soaps in all the bathrooms, and they even supplied tide pods and dryer sheets! Our stay was very relaxing with the exception of the air conditioner. When we arrived, we walked into a heat wave on the top floor and what felt like an ice box on the bottom floor. Granted our stay included temps in the 90’s but I had hoped for a more efficient air conditioner. My husband checked the return air vent filters to find them completely clogged. We found the smaller size filter and were able to replace it but we were only able to vacuum off the larger filter as best we could. I’d like to add that we never called the management company with this concern, and therefore we don’t hold them responsible for not being able to fix this issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. It was very secluded in a beautiful, scenic, gated neighborhood.
