« The resort is good, the staff is friendly and helpful! However, they need to take care of the beach and outside/border! I witnessed the trash on the shore, the sand, and around the resort! It seemed like they only take care of the inside, but outside the resort needs to be taken care of too considering the ocean concerns! »

The only hotel I went to that demanded that we pay a large cash deposit rather than take a credit card imprint on arrival (we had already fully paid for the accommodation when we booked the room months earlier).The concierge lied to us about opening hours and available staffing (we had to check out early to catch a flight, they said they were open, there was no one at the desk, we had to wait 20mins before they checked us out), they booked us a "taxi" where the taxi...

« The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa. « The property, room, and customer services were excellent except that I was not communicated that the beach was not swimmable at the time I rented the resort. It was so windy for the whole time that I was there. They had a beautiful swimming pool, but it was outdoor and cold; no jacuzzi. All We could do was watching it. However there were issues namely they allow smoking in the corridors, there was a constant beeping sound from the corridor the entire time we were there.
