We have been blessed with staying in VRBO properties for several years and this is definitely the best experience we have had. So positive that this is our second time in this location! Amazing Comfortable and Clean home
This is a very spacious, very clean house. They have thought of everything. The kitchen is filled with all kinds of cooking dishes. The living room area is so spacious and has room for a large family to sit and be very comfortable. The teens loved the movie room. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had multiple family members who needed a place to stay for my grandson's wedding in the Woodlands. The house fit our every need with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We were not able to enjoy the theater room as we didn't spend much time at the house, but it was a nice addition. The property was very clean and the host was very accommodating and answered any question we had. We felt very comfortable with our choice of homes because of his quick responses and kindness. Look no further
This place is absolutely stunning. If your looking for space look no further we had ample amount of space. We are a family of 10 and we did not feel crammed. The neighbors are very kind. The communial pool is a SHORT walk away...maybe 2 minutes. The host is extremely responsive and accomondating. She was so kind to let us stay a bit later due to our late flight. She provided ideas of places to explore.

The best property owners!!
The owners of the property were amazing. Communication couldn’t have been better. They reached out prior to us arriving and during the stay. House was clean and stayed cold which we appreciated. This House is walking distance to the neighborhood pool which had a life guard present during operating hours. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is very nice and large. Plenty of room to congregate as well as room for privacy. The house has a large eating area and nice amenities. The house is close enough to shopping without it being in your back yard. We went to a wedding and it was close to the venue. Excellent VRBO

Awesome house for large family - March 2024 (wedding)
We booked this home because it was in close proximity to our daughter's wedding venue and had enough rooms to fit 10 adult family members. The house is as good as the photos or better. It is huge! It is in a safe neighborhood. Old Town is literally down the street. It was very convenient to everything we needed. My family was very impressed with the house and some of them are very hard to please. The host was extraordinary. He was very responsive to all texts... even when I had silly questions. Check-in and check-out was very easy. If you need a lot of space and bedrooms in this area, you cannot do better than this house.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Spacious INDEED!
This place is truly well set up for a family gathering which is exactly what we used it for. The home is even more spacious than the pictures! Everyone had privacy and room for eating, playing and gaming. As of March 2024, the washer and dryer work well, so does the oven / range and microwave. The 4-slot toaster was a staple during breakfast. If you easily get grumpy with kids or are sensitive to sounds, here are two things you must know: (1) the second floor has mostly hardwood which makes even basic steps extremely loud and disruptive to the guests downstairs. We had six adults downstairs trying to talk over the pediatric stampede upstairs. (2) This neighborhood must be located near a train station. We heard at least two or three trains rattle by every hour, even at night. Completely out of the host's control, but notable. Back to the good stuff: I personally enjoyed the private office with a large window and glass door. Ample fast internet supported multiple electronic devices, of which we had many. The master bathroom was very spacious and well lit. My wife especially enjoyed the makeup remover wipes - what a thoughtful touch! If you want a spacious home with great amenities and ample separation of the guests, you will be glad you reserved this house.

Wedding Getaway
The home was beautiful the pictures don't do any justice. I was hoping it had at least 2 bedrooms downstairs, but it worked out. I stayed for almost a week, and it was cold, and the temp was set to 69 we kept changing it, but after a while it would go back to 69 so it was quite cold in there. The fireplace helped out a lot in the living room area but it was cold in the bedrooms. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would stay there again.
