This eclectic home is located in Southwest Houston, TX conveniently located 1 mile away from Beltway 8 The home is closely located by Pearland near 288 and Missouri City near Texas Parkway (2234).

This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home includes a full kitchen with appliances, including a built-in Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, an entertainment stainless steel cooktop on an island where guests can dine, or watch you cook. Multiple recliners for comfort purposes with spacious living quarters. There are also a stainless steel microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Bedrooms are furnished with linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and living areas with local channels and/or smart function capabilities. There is wifi internet throughout the home. We have everything you need for your family or friends to feel comfortable.

Eclectic Relaxing Home Away from Home - 4BD 2.5BT Huge Backyard
The only thing that was correct about this place was the large back yard. I had no problem getting checked in. As soon as I walked through the door, I smelled an odor. I later found out that the odor was cigarettes. NONE SMOKING. Which was why I was smelling the odor. The cleaning service that I was charged for is "NOT" doing their job. 1. There was dust on furniture, plants and personal papers. Someone needs to box up all of the personal item and properly dispose of them. 2. The sheet where discolored "not white" but should have been. There was stain on the comforters, there was a dirty bath towel hanging in one of the closets. 3. The bathroom had left over used soap and trash. The toilet paper was so low, I had to purchase some. The master bedroom shower door needs to be fixed. 4. The refrigerator/freezer was reported broke in October 2024 and still is broken. The cleaning crew could have at least thrown away all of the leftovers. 5.There were so many different types of furniture in the rooms until it was uncomfortable. Some chairs the seats were not sealed down. The stools around the kitchen island where unsafe/broken. 6. Each television had a different type of internet connection. The television where very hard to work. 7. The central a/c system only would heat upstairs. The downstairs was cold. (The window in the living area that was damaged, and air was coming in). The airduct vents in the dining area coming down. 8. Need to make changes

The house was overall nice.
The house overall was nice. Their were a few things that i wish i would have been informed about before i arrived. Like the fridge was partially broken, which emitted a very bad fragrance. The trash cans were full of wood that i refused to move. It was so heavy. I had to discard my trash in other ways to get the house back to its original condition. Also the one towel per bedroom was mighty confusing. Seeing as though they knew i booked for 9 adults & 2 kids. I changed the reservation at the last min basically to inform them that i had switched out the 2 kids for one adult. They changed me $10 dollars... but for what though? Nothing changed but the amount of adults. But other then those three things. The house was nice for the most part clean & in a nice neighborhood.

A great experience
The house is super nice & big. But the owners are even greater. We had a problem with our flight & the took grest care of us. Even if the house wasn't a good (which it was) the fact that they accommodate my group with whatever we needed was just the icing on top. If your ever in Houston & need a place to stay this is the one. Again Tosha thank you so much for the comfortable stay & most importantly your Super Great customer service.

Beautiful Comfortable Cosy Dwelling
This place was wonderful. Houston was under an extreme drought/heat dome/heat warning at the time of our stay and I would have never known. This house was nice and comfortable 100% of the time. The sheets were so soft and perfect. There were lots of pillows which felt luxurios. We did not want to leave. Upon our exit, I discovered there was a HUGE backyard for playing had it not been so hot. The home is in a nice, quiet, tucked away spot with easy access to the main streets. The only regret is that we could not stay another week. Thx for the hospitality!!

The home was beautiful. The hostess was attentive to our needs. The neighborhood was excellent. The home does need some minor updates (beds were patched together and uncomfortable) and the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention(stove was dirty and smoked, there were dirty clothes in some of the draws.) I would stay with this host again tho. Thank you for having us.

Very spacious and roomy but cluttered
Communication was amazing with the owner and they were very accommodating. Space was disorganized and cluttered (i.e. kitchen cabinets) but we were hardly there so it worked in our favor.

Property was not as described 1of the bedrooms had so much furniture u could hardly walk. Kitchen cabinets /accessories were sloppy and some broken. Outside patio was a mess. Rusty chairs wires hanging fencing falling down and trash. Very disappointed photos were misleading would not rent again
