1 bedroom queen en-suite. Full size fully equipped kitchen. Private beach with chairs and lagoon. Gulf of Mexico views to the horizon. Patio. Walk out your patio to heated pool and private beach beyond. Amazing views from every room. Gulf island beach and tennis club is a gated facility. There are several tennis (or pickleball) courts, a large heated pool, many lounge chairs and tables/ chairs with umbrellas, charcoal grills and picnic tables. The club room has large screen tv, game tables, separate weight, cardio gyms, and locker rooms.
There are many restaurants, stores businesses nearby. A marina is next door by water or around the corner on old Dixie hwy via sea ranch dr. Several state and local parks are very close including salt springs and weeki wachee. See mermaids or paddle gulf inlets in a kayak.
Condo has everything you need, pack a swim suit and tooth brush and come on over.
Discount available during spring and summer rentals for two week and monthly rental. $2500 a month/$2400 2 or more mos.

Great condo
We really loved our time at Gulf Island beach and Tennis club. Owner was great at communicating with us. Facilities were great. We loved playing Pickleball, hanging out by the pool and playing games in the clubhouse. Only a bike ride to ice cream. We were sad it is already booked for next year, but found another unit. Hopefully the owner will be just as nice.

Loved staying in the condo! Was a quiet and much needed break for the family. We were close enough to Tampa attractions to do those but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of a city. We highly recommend a day trip to Tarpon Springs if you stay here.

My family and I loved this place. It had something for everyone, the condo, pool and game room were amazing. The fishing was great, and so was the area! Jean was absolutely amazing to work with, she went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. I would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club
Recently stayed for 16 nights at GIBTC in ground floor condo. This building is almost 40 years old, I would say the exterior and common areas have been updated more than the suite itself. The pool is heated and very nice, furniture all looks new, everything looks freshly painted, gym is also well equipped. Great water access into the lagoon for kayaks and a nice beach area. Nice tennis and pickle ball courts even though we rarely saw anyone playing? The interior of the suite has been upgraded somewhat but other parts looked dated and the shower does not drain properly so there is a broom there? Kitchen and suite itself was very well equipped including beach towels/chair/floaties etc, only thing it was missing is a dishwasher even though it says there is one in the listing? Being at ground floor was very convenient to the sun decks and pool but the unit faces north so we did not get any direct sunlight on our balcony during our visit. We had some communication issues the first day but eventually worked it out. What the unit really lacks is a FAQ binder(where can I park, where to take garbage, is there a recycle, what are the key for, what is the fob for, how does the TV work, where can I leave my kayak, where can I leave my bikes etc.) which would address 90% of all questions renters have, other VRBO's we have stayed at have provided this and it is much appreciated by us as we do not have bumble around and constantly bother the host. Overall good stay but not perfect.

Perfect vacation house! Steps away from Point Park, Walnut Beach and Historic Bridge St.
This is our 2nd time staying at this home because the location is perfect. Communication is always great and there is plenty of room for 6 adults. If you have young children, this would be a great place to stay! Clean, bright with comfortable furniture and beds. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Condo #114 is first-floor, elevator available from parking/ground level. Everything in condo worked well. Condo has 2 coffee pots (one K-cup). Very convenient access to nice, heated, large pool. Pool has comfy chairs/loungers. Safe, secure property. Friendly people. Condo complex building & grounds are well-maintained. Nice fitness rooms. Close to stores. Owner Jean was great to work with; good communication and quick responses.

Cozy get away
The unit was clean and well stocked with all you will need. I have only good to say about the condo. Jean was a very good host and replied quickly to any question I ask. I can only give 4 stars because of the overall property as it is situated. During February the pool gets very little sunshine, everyone is trying to get a seat in the corner where it is available. There is also very few outdoor recliners available for the size of the building. With a first floor unit you do not get to overlook the lagoon and gulf as well as an upper unit but we still saw several visits from the dolphins in the lagoon.
