"Very nice property and they are trying to give exceptional service. The staff at the restaurant need better training. Every time they handed me any cutlery they would extra clean it with their fingers, and they were not very thorough cleaning the tables, but I would definitely stay here again"

Nice Hotel in a Holy City
"This is a nice hotel and the service is excellent. It is a bit run down, Our room fridge was not cold. The power was come and go frequency, but it was never off for more than 2 minutes. The staff were helpful."

"First day of the stay we encountered with electricity problem. Whole night there was no electricity. Second day we asked them to change the room and in the second room door bell was not working and our telephones too. But we called them and have phones fixed.
