« It was a B & B with a gracious hostess and a clean, comfortable room with a king bed. This was one of two places we stayed in England where we got a washcloth and kleenex in our room! The bath towel was huge and she supplied upscale shampoo, body wash and hand lotion. The breakfast was made to order and anything from continental to full English was offered. It was very quiet. »

« Lovely b&b, with all the necessary comforts and more. It is situated in a beautiful and quiet area and ideal for visiting North Devon. John and Val are the perfect hosts, they provide a very good breakfast, everything is spotless and they are geniounly lovely people. We will certainly come back when we are in the area again and thank them for a lovely stay. »

« There is a reason why I keep coming back to Cosy barn I simply love everything about it. I honestly can’t fault it . Location is perfect the barn itself is spotlessly clean , comfortable and as the title says cosy. Riki and her husband are great hosts . Look forward to returning here next year . »
