« This is our 2nd stay at this property, and once again it was perfect! We love to cook and relax while on vacation and this property checks all the boxes. Having the use of the Mayan resort is a huge perk/bonus for us. Only comment (and this is not a reflection on the owner or property) is I am sad that they haven't developed this area more in the past 4 years that we have been staying here. « This was the easiest trip we have ever booked with wonderful communication with the owner. She was very accommodating and responsive. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions and driving directions. First thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean the property was inside & out, and how good it smelled. « Beach front townhome for a great price, but some of the lights weren't working and the beds were marginal. If you're super picky maybe this place isn't for you, but if you're looking for a clean beach front unit at a reasonable price, this could be a winner. »

The beach is beautiful, we loved gathering shells & watching the tide, on a virtually private beach. « This was our 2nd time here. My family of 6 and my sister's family of 4 shared this home. 12 adults can easily fit in this place. The 4 bedrooms and 4 restrooms make this a spacious spot. Access to the beach and community pools close at 10 pm. If you are looking for a party rental place, this is not the place; while relaxing in the home's pool, we were told to lower our music. « The house was comfortable and pretty clean. Access to the Mayan was a great bonus. There was an issue at check-in. I asked about early check- in and was told it would be $40.00.
