« Excellent property for a stay on Orcas Island. Waterfront view from deck, living space and upstairs bedrooms is outstanding. Convenient location near the supplies and amenities of Eastsound. Cabin was very clean, maintained and well supplied with linens, kitchen tools, and indoor entertainment options. As advertised, the driveway is steep but paved. Multiple cars will be somewhat of an issue as there is limited space to turnaround. Highly recommend, especially for multiple couples. »

« This is where you want to stay on orcas Island. Centrally located and secluded. Easy to get to and the accommodations in the cottage are spectacular. Everything you need in the kitchen to make a nice meal. The garden provided us with an onion and celery. A really nice treat. »

« Are stay was wonderful, the peace you feel as soon as you arrive. We stayed 2 weeks. The wild life was wonderful to watch. The only negative is that the furniture in the living room needs to be up dated. Very old and uncomfortable. »

« Wonderful property and we have returned many times. Beautifully appointed with charming English garden. Only negative was we were given wrong key lockbox code and took 30mins of holding on telephone before we got a live person at 11pm who was able to get property manager. Rest of stay was excellent. »

« The Foxglove Cottage is delightful. Beautiful setting, cozy and whimsical. Morning walks in the gardens and snug evenings around the fireplace in the quaint living room. The kitchen is well appointed and beds comfortable. Delightful stay! »

« Super sweet views of the water, islands, & sky. Very nice private beach, and peaceful setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed was comfortable, couch and chairs were comfortable. The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key. The light above the stove, under the microwave was burned out, so cooking was dimly lit. I’m sure they will replace the bulb tho. The coffee...

« This home was lovely. We will be back. We had Della contact us prior to check in and communicate when needed throughout the trip. There was a plumbing and gate issue that was both communicated early, expectations set and addressed immediately. She kindly provided compensation for the issues. The house is just as advertised and we had a lovely time during our stay. »

« This home was incredible! The location was close to town and had an incredible water view. The interior was beautifully designed and the layout worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed too! Instructions on accessing the home were easy to understand and communication was quick and easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! My sister and I both mentioned we liked Eastsound better than Friday Harbor because of this house! »

« Hello, This is our second stay at Captain's Cottage. This one was even better. The property manager is great, the unit was spotless and there were upgrades since our last stay. Very comfy bed, nicely stocked kitchen - even with food film, foil, spices, sweetners and other goodies. They even had an oyster knife so I could shuck my own yummy fresh oysters from up the road a bit. If you like a quite, water view getaway, this is the place. It is for two adults only, but if thats you, enjoy! »

« It is so spacious! Don't let the inviting exterior fool you. large rooms throughout. Farmhouse decorations so warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed. If there is one downfall it's that it only has one bathroom. Could use a bigger sign for all the addresses. We came in at night and it was a challenge to find the driveway. I would rent this property again. All the animals were a plus too! »

« We loved our stay at the Orcas Forest House. Peaceful surroundings and wonderful space to spend a few days and relax. The house includes so many fun details to discover and has everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, and having laundry on site was another bonus. Close enough to Eastsound to easily head in for dinner or shopping, but far enough out that you felt secluded. One of the most unique places we've ever stayed, and we would absolutely book again if...
