This three-story townhouse is located in central Incline Village, close to fantastic restaurants, incredible hiking and mountain biking trails, and the lakeshore itself. There's even a ski shop right around the corner, so you're a few minutes' stroll from all the winter sports rentals you need.

Step inside to be greeted by a beautifully renovated living space, full of lofty beamed ceilings, generous windows, and mountain-modern ambience. It's a design lover's dream, from the contemporary decor to the walls of decorative wood, tile, and glass.

Spend summer afternoons outside on the deck - barbecuing on the gas grill, dining alfresco at sunset, and breathing in the scent of the surrounding pines. Winter evenings are for curling up by the gas fireplace and streaming movies on the smart TV. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, sit down to enjoy them in the dining room, and escape after dinner to log onto the complimentary WiFi in the dedicated home office.

There are two serene bedrooms to choose from, each one paired with its own full bathroom. A private washer/dryer is provided for your comfort as well. The upstairs bed has 2 twin beds under it that slide out.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
