Fully renovated inside and out, well appointed vacation or work retreat. Ideal for business travelers and couples or small groups/families. Steps from Eli Lilly. Wide open floor plan with all the creature comforts. This property is configured/modeled after what you would see/get with a higher end hotel room. High end Memory foam King Bed, Queen memory foam sleeper sofa and ultra comfortable luxury Queen air mattress. All the amenities of home (gas stove, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, small appliances, coffee maker, etc. Also dedicated workspace for the business traveler or self employed traveler. Outdoor living both front and rear, with fire pit, and large deck with shade. Ceiling fans, Smart TV, rain head shower with hand wand, Keurig coffee maker, and all the small appliances you need to self entertain. Lots of value and close to everything of interest in Indianapolis. 5-10 minute walk to downtown Fountain square, shops, breweries, local restaurants. Literally 1 minute from the highway. Its better than Home!!

Property is located literally steps away from Historic Fletcher Sq and Fountain Sq where you will find a plethora of eateries, wine, and beer. Fountain sq (~ 1/2 mi) is home to a multitude of eateries and one of the finest Craft Breweries in Indiana "Upland Brewery" and is a local's favorite with indoor and outdoor seating. Fountain Square brewery is literally 2 block away from Upland and is also a local's favorite. Multiple coffee shops and shopping also.
Enjoy yourself but please abide by the following couple of rules:
1) Quiet hours 10pm-8am, daily
2) No smoking indoors
3) No animals of any type
4) Please keep the grill away from the house in order to avoid a damage to the house.
5) Please rinse dishes, pans, etc before placing in Dishwasher. Sink has a grinder and is better suited to deal with food spoils. Issue: Want to avoid Dishwasher flooding due to food clogs.

Great Place to Stay
This is a very nice place. I thought I’d hear street traffic, but didn’t at all. I also thought that parking in the street may be an issue, but there was always room to park. Inside is very nice, I loved the industrial look. Also, Bill’s communication was very prompt-the app was the frustrating part in that regard. If there was one thing, we stayed for 3 nights, I wish there would’ve been more than 1 1/3 rolls of toilet paper on site. When I’d asked where it was, the response was “Kroger.” While it definitely wasn’t the end of the world, I had to run to the grocery store in the morning and hadn’t thought I’d have to go get a basic supply. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

Nice place but....
Nice place and convenient location. Owner decides the temperature and will not let it get above or below a certain temperature. Had two nights of poor sleep due to this. Was there for an event so it did not go as well as it could have.

In town for a conference
We booked this property due to its proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium and the ICC- convention center. It did not disappoint. We walked into downtown every day without the hassle of finding parking. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking was available next to the house. The property manager was responsive to inquiries and accommodations. The popcorn, bottled water, and K cups were very appreciated. We’re a family of 5 so we did use the pull out sofa bed and air mattress. There is plenty of floor space for the air mattress and pull out. The air mattress was not holding air by the morning but for our small son- it was fine. I would not count on it working for teens or adults however. Thank you!

Wonderful!
We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything about the house was perfect for us. The location was really great for anything we wanted to do in the downtown area. The decor is very cute and cozy. We loved the huge shower and the comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware so we could make dinner. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Indy and will recommend to friends and family. Communication with the host was also great. Thank you!

Okay for a short stay
While the studio has been updated and all amenities are as described, it could have been deep cleaned better. The bathroom is very small and difficult to maneuver when two people are trying to get ready at the same time. The towels provided smelled musty. The bed frame (while goes with the theme of the studio) was made from pallets. The neighborhood was quiet but a few “city noises” kept us awake at night. Again not the owners fault, but want to make anyone considering this VRBO, you will definitely hear sirens and trains. The location was perfect for our short trip to IUPUI and many local restaurants. A larger coffee pot also would have been nice to have, but the Keurig was convenient.

This was such a cute little place to stay. I loved how it was set up. It was so perfect for what we needed it for. My only complaint was that the hot water heater didn’t work. We would have about 2-3 min of hot water and then it would stop. We tried the recommendations that were suggested, but it didn’t work. Having a hot shower would’ve given this place the last star.

Perfect for us!
The house was perfect for my daughter and I. We were in town for a softball tournament and wanted to avoid the high cost of hotels. The house was very clean and had a unique vibe that we loved. Bill was wonderful to communicate with and was extremely helpful in the check in and check out process. The neighborhood is up and coming with many of the homes around being renovated. This home was exactly what we needed! The house was extremely cute, very clean, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is definitely on the rise with many of the homes being updated. You can tell that many of the streets are this way. Definitely up and coming. The street was clean and even the neighbors were friendly! We felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay very much, communication was excellent, and if we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely use this place!

Place was clean, modern and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and felt very safe. Our only complaint was with the shower. The water was hot for only about 5 minutes. My wife wound up taking a quick luke warm shower. I would recommend for a short or long term stay.
