The American gas kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle. The villa also has parking inside with capacity for up to 3 cars.

However, the reigning part of the villa is its hydromassage tub which is impossible not to notice once you have entered the villa.
