Steps to the bedroom so wouldn’t suggest for small kids or elderly. WiFi is lagging but they do have 2 TVs. Enjoyable stay »

« Overall we were very happy with the rental. Especially enjoyed the rear deck where we sat with our coffees in the a.m. while watching the gator cruise the canal. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. One recommendation would be to replace the two couches in the living room as they were not easy to sit in. Overall, we were pleased. »

« The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable and they had everything you would need in the kitchen. The only downside is there was a strong cigarette smoke smell and the dryer was extremely loud and didn’t have a door to close. Was a fine place to stay with my two kids »

« My husband and I took my daughter, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and sister-in-law for a short stay at Folly Beach.(3/24 - 3/28). We had a wonderful time. Our house was across the street from the beach, but we still had great views from the screened in porch. Everyone had a fun, relaxing time. One of the best things about our location: we were close to Bert’s, the island’s best grocery store, and downtown Folly Beach. We’d definitely stay here again. »

« The issue with our stay was cleanliness related, and the owners should probably look into a new cleaning staff. When we arrived at 5 (after check in) the property had not been cleaned. The cleaner arrived shortly after we did, and right before I was going to call the property manager. We agreed to wait until she was finished cleaning since sometimes things happen. But even once she finished cleaning, it was clear that she rushed. There were old McDonalds cups/wappers in the cabinets,...
