A PERFECT PLACE TO GET-AWAY TO FOCUS ON FAMILY
We had about 10 members of our family to join us at this wonderful, luxury, fabulous, spacious, quiet, clean, well appointed, renovated, convent, and most comfortable home. They came from California, Maryland, Georgia and Florida. This period allowed us to reunite with each other without attending funerals. The stay was delightful! Pearl Cai was the perfect property manager and host. Communications were superb and she was accommodating to our every wish. Check-in/check-out was effortless. We "will" be re-visiting this property. Thank you Pearl!

Best place for family bonding
This is a stunning property with a beautiful and spacious house surrounded by rolling pastures and farm animals! Everyone enjoyed their bedroom spaces and we cooked together in the large kitchen and relaxed together in the comfy living room. We had a formal dinner in the large dining room and celebrated a birthday. Mom thought she was in an upscale hotel! Highly recommended also for location to shopping, restaurants while feeling out in the country, away from it all!

Beautiful and Quaint Farmhouse
This is one of our most favorite house rentals ever! The farm was gorgeous and the house was clean, comfortable, unique, spacious and perfect for a family gathering. So many special memories were made during our time, from making s’mores over the fire pit, to family meals around the huge dining table, to walks around the farm, to watching the animals and viewing the sunset from the pasture and sitting in the hot tub or watching a movie together in the theatre! Communication with the property manager was so easy. I’m so thankful we were able to stay here for our family wedding weekend.

We rented the beautiful home for our daughter’s wedding at Corey Farms!! The house and ground was so beautiful we actually could have had the wedding there! The owner and the grounds keeper Made sure we had everything we needed! We did host the wedding rehearsal and dinner at here and everything went wonderful! It also advertises no animals but the ow we was gracious and let us bring our small dog because she was also in the wedding for a very reasonable pet fee. Also all the animals on the property was enjoyed by us all

UGA Graduation Family Weekend Celebration
My family has stayed at this lovely home twice now. We love it! We are from a beach area, and this is perfect for us to experience some different opportunities in a home. We enjoyed swinging, playing corn hole, sitting out by the firepit at night, eating family meals at the big table, playing ping pong downstairs, seeing the animals, walking the long driveway, cooking in the nice kitchen, enjoying the nice bedrooms. My daughter graduated from UGA and it was the perfect place to stay. The drive is not too far too campus and works well as long as you plan well. We used it for a fall football weekend the other time we came. We will hopefully use it at least one more time when my niece graduates from UGA in 2026!

Gorgeous home and setting!
We enjoyed our stay so much! We were here on business for a photo shoot but had the pleasure of staying at the White Horse Farm. The house was beautifully decorated, the property was gorgeous and we enjoyed the fire pit, sauna and hot tub and visiting the animals. We will be back!

We had a rehearsal dinner on Friday and everyone loved the home. The bridal party stayed the rest of the weekend and had plenty of fun things to do. Game room was fun and the outside of the home was beautiful. Home and outside property well maintained. Host was so accommodating and communication with her was so easy.

A group of 12 of us stayed at this property for a golf trip and had an incredible time! This property is modern and luxurious all throughout the house. The property is relaxing and extremely private! Would highly recommend staying here with a large group.

The house is very beautiful with lots of high end finishes. It was perfect for our needs. the beds are very comfortable, and we loved being able to use the hot tub and sauna. Our host was very communicative and made the check in process easy.

My family truly enjoyed themselves
My family enjoyed having their own rooms and bathrooms to retreat to day in and day out along with ample room to come together as a family indoors and outdoors. As the “host” of my family group - this trip was perfect for me as the photos on the site were clear and allowed me to plan ahead. Communication with the home owner and property manager were timely and hospitable. There were also plenty of stores that fit within my needs as a host nearby to help with meal planning ahead of time! We enjoyed our stay and have recommended the property to our friends and family who are local to Georgia along with those out of state!

This property is a 10/10! We had a family gathering in a neighboring town & needed a place big enough to accommodate family from different parts of the country (14 of us). We found the property to be beautiful & well maintained. The house was exactly like the pictures clean, comfortable, well thoughtout & the beds were super cozy. The space was perfect, allowing us to all be together but also spread out when we needed to. We are already planning our next stay!!

Pearl was a pleasure to work with and the property is perfect for a larger group. It was an easy drive to Sanford Stadium. Many conveniences close yet this secluded property provides a sense of peacefulness and relaxation. Would definitely rent again!

Wow. Loved everything about the place.
We were in town for my son's wedding. We rented the farm house for family and friends travelling in town for the wedding. The place is enormous and very well kept. I wish I stayed an extra day. After seeing the property, my son wish he got married there instead. We walked to see the animals, shot a few bow and arrows, used the sauna, played a little Fussball, etc. TVs were awesome including the media room. But, we did not have much time to use. They also had a hot tub which we did not get a chance to use. Pearl was very helpful in answering questions. I would stay there again. My only suggestion is to add more drinking glasses and maybe have an extra bed sheet available. Everything else was well stocked.

Excellent Venue and Lodge for wedding party
The property hosted my wife and I with 5 couples comfortably for a whole weekend! Each room has its own full bathroom. We used the property to host around 50 guests for our wedding. Pearl was easy to work with, and the day was perfect! We could see ourselves staying again for an anniversary in the future.
