Lovely Kona Reef Condo D36
We spent 6 wonderful nights in Kona at this lovely, well appointed, oceanfront condo. It’s peaceful and within walking distance of Much of Kona town. I used the pool a few days with the key provided and the water was comfortable and clean. The AC in the living room and bedroom works great. The host kindly provided a starter package of coffee and some chocolate covered macadamias. The best feature is the view from the lanai. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets and morning ocean views before heading out to explore the island. There’s a great reference notebook of things to do and recommended restaurants. We especially enjoyed our seafood dinners at Merriman’s in Waimea (splurge and 1 hour drive each way), Umeke’s and Jackie Rey’s, the last 2 a short drive from the condo. Snorkeling at Two Step Beach south of the condo was great! We even saw a Monk Seal resting on the sea floor. The host are caretaker were very responsive and saw to our needs. Highly recommend!

Paradise Found!!
We knew from the minute we stepped inside the condo, that we had found paradise. It was equipped with everything we would need for our stay. We, easily, prepared several dinners in the kitchen and enjoyed eating on the lanai/balcony, watching the sunsets. The bed was soooo comfortable, sleep came easily. Great restaurants were just a short walk away, cute shops were fun to browse, and walking along the Main Street with the ocean right next to us was amazing. The location was perfect. Both the owners, Regina and Scott, and the housekeeper, Linda, were very responsive to all needs. I think one of our favorite things to do was to sit on the lanai, listening to the waves crashing on the rocks right in front of us and watching the the movement of the ebb and flow of the water. Fantastic property!
Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and very organized. Everything we needed (and more) was provided, from beach towels and boogie boards to dishes and coffee. Ailin was responsive and helpful, both before and during our stay. We would not hesitate to rent from Ailin in the future.

Great condo in perfect location
The top floor condo with a fabulous view of the ocean was very comfortable, nicely decorated with split unit air conditioning in bedroom and living room. It was very well stocked with coffee, condiments, snacks and plenty of beach toys including umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment and beach chairs. We appreciated the location very much. It was in a quiet location but still close enough to walk to great restaurants and shops nearby in Kona. Communication with our host was fantastic and she proactively checked in with us and responded via text promptly when we had any questions. We would highly recommend the condo and would stay here again.

Wonderful Condo with Incredible Views
This was such a great condo we stayed in. There were many little things the owners did to make us feel welcome (a welcome basket of goodies, checking in with us the day after we arrived, etc.). We had an issue with the pull out couch and the owner's response was immediate (on a Sunday!) and it was fixed within hours. Very, very impressive. The condo was clean and well stocked. Particularly, we enjoyed the beach supplies (especially the beach umbrella) and the binoculars. The complex is very quiet and the pool/hot tub were nice. Great options for grilling. And the views...incredible! Would highly recommend!

Great trip and exactly as we expected. Location is terrific and waterfront patio was incredible. Unit is on the top floor, AC worked great and the condo was well stocked with paper items, etc. I’d love to see some nicer bedsheets, warmer lighting in the bathroom and lounge chairs on the patio, but that’s just my bougie side coming out. ;) Thanks for a great stay!

Ideal location
The condo is in an ideal location, just a short walk to town. My wife competed in Ironman WC and we found the location perfect for this as well. I used the condo easily as home base during the event. The unit is quaint with a spacious lanai with incredible sunset views!!! Ailin is wonderful and provided extremely responsive communication and very clear directions for use of the condo and amenities. We felt like we were in our own home away from home in the condo. There was a binder with comprehensive recommendations for touring the island (beaches, restaurants, etc) that we took full advantage of during our stay. We have recommended the unit to many friends already!! Mahalo Ailin for being the perfect host!!

Owner was very thorough re providing a book with operations of all things in the condo as well as things to do in the area. Very responsive to text messages and providing binoculars and a telescope to observe all the ocean activity. Great view of the ocean. Unit styled in a old HawAii style with all amenities.

Kona Condo with Ocean Views
The views were excellent, right on the water. We had coffee and cocktails on the lanai. Everything we needed was in the condo. We walked into town for shopping and dinner. We drove around the island for tours of coffee farms and art shops. It was quiet and relaxing.

Amazing week in Kona
This property was great, had a minor hiccup but it was addressed swiftly and resolved. The unit was perfect for the two of us. Beautiful mornings on the lanai with coffee looking over the ocean. Close proximity to manta ray snorkeling and one of our favorite beaches magic sands. Would book this unit again!
