This fantastic White Sands Village condo is a spectacular addition to Kona Vacation Rentals inventory.

Welcome to one of the best locations in Kailua Kona, White Sands Village. This premium condo is located on the 2nd floor and has a peek-a-boo ocean view.

This condo offers approximately 1100 sq ft of interior space with a 416 square foot lanai. This condo has a beautiful, new kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, elevator, free Wi Fi and so much more! It comes with a covered parking space for one vehicle and guest parking!
Sleep tight in a Cal King bed in the owner suite and another Cal King in the guest bedroom.

White Sands Village is a great choice for your Kona Vacation Rental destination. This condo has ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.

The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping, and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.

By the pool, there is a large covered barbecue area with four barbecues. White Sands Village is between downtown Kailua and Keauhou, and it has theaters, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants!

All guests must sign the Kona Vacation Rentals Rental Agreement and purchase a Damage Protection Plan (included in your reservation).

We really enjoyed the property, cleanliness and location. However, our interaction with the property host was not good. We were sent a text on our check in day that the washer wasn't working and would be repaired the next day. I subsequently tried to reach the host (various ways) and only got one text response saying they thought that they had responded and that they were trying to get a repair part. This was the 3rd day of our stay and we didn't hear back the rest of the stay regarding the broken washer. We were there for 8 days. This lack of communication was disappointing. If not for this, I would definitely book this location again.

Condo was exactly as pictured on the website. Everything one would need to cook and eat was available. Chairs in living room were comfortable. Mattress was great. Slept good on it. AC was real handy; especially after coming in from the beach. Beach couldn't have been much easier to get to. Umbrella and beach chairs were great for the beach trips. Good view of the ocean from the lanai. Covered parking was nice for keeping the rental car cool. Short drive to town and grocery stores.

Great Family Vacation
The condo was exactly as listed and even better in person. The furniture and finishes were clean and modern. The location, while not beach front, was just a short walk down the drive way to Magic Sands beach. The view from the lanai was lovely and a surprising plus was the beautiful plumeria tree right in front of the lanai. We would absolutely book again if available for our next visit.

Unit is very close to the elevator and on the second floor. The lanai is set up as an extra living area and is totally private because of its location. Beds were comfortable but watch out for toes on the bed legs. Kitchen was nicely set up. There are beach items for your use. The beach is down at the bottom of the steep entrance to the complex. Great restaurant on the beach

This property is fantastic, located right next to Magic Sand Beach. I took a lot of stunning sunset pictures during my stay. The amenities include beach chairs, snorkeling gear, a cooler, and well-equipped kitchen facilities. I recommend this place to my friends.

Great spot
We chose this condo because it had two king beds and two bathroom's. It looked just like the pictures. It is right across the street from magic sands beach,which we loved, and had all the beach accessories you could need. If we return to the big island we will definitely stay here again. 1 thing to be aware of is the bathroom doors are slated and not solid so not much in the sense of privacy. You can't see in, but you can hear everything. A little awkward if you're traveling with friends.

Nice soacious and comfortable condo
All was great except that there was a broken coffee pot in the unit. I had difficulty communicating with management to get a new one such that 3 mornings out of 4 i had no coffee. Everything else was winderful. Beautiful condo with all the creature comforts. Loved the pool/hot tub and priximity to white sands beach!!

Condo unit was lovely. Impressed with the cleanliness of the property and how well prepared it was for guests. There were beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear and boogie boards for our use. I would have preferred twin beds in the second bedroom instead of 1 King bed. There was no pull out couch either. It was more suitable for 2 couples then family of four with adult children.

Easy access to beach & town + all the necessities
My mom can be a picky traveler when it comes to where she stays and she loved the place. We had a huge plumeria tree by our balcony - such a blessing to wake up to that smell. There’s not many sandy beaches in Kona but this is across the street from one of the few around (magics). Keauhou shopping center is right down the road, town is the other direction down that same road. Made our stay super easy, thanks Craig!

What a wonderful gift for me to share this amazing relaxing vacation with my birth mother and my son who is graduating high school here on the island 
 this rental is worthy of a return trip
 beach close by and has a lifeguard on duty! Food shopping down the coast on a beautiful island coast drive whithin a few miles fresh fruit and easy access to everything!! Don’t miss out!!

Great room!
We had a little issue with getting our check-in instructions, but everything worked out just fine once I got hold of someone. We liked the location, great shopping near by. I would definitely book this place again.
