Perfect location
We loved the location of this condo. It seemed to be in the middle of anywhere we wanted to go. It was nice to listen to the ocean. The beach wasn't usable when we were there due to a recent flood but we went to other beaches. The pool is very nice and the temp was always perfect. Plenty of beach chairs by the pool and loved how close it was to the condo. The condo had plenty of anything you need for a stay. The bedroom closet even had an umbrella for the rainy days and we had lots of rainy days during our stay. The only thing I would suggest is some sort of clothes line that retracts on the deck. It would be nice for drying the wet suits. Would definitely stay at this unit again when we come back to Kauai

The location was great, but the outside patio chairs were very uncomfortable, if you sat in the low chairs you couldn't see anything and if you sat in the higher chairs they were the uncomfortable ones,so you couldn't sit outside for very long. Very happy with everything else.

First Time on Kauai
Awesome place for my husband and I. The condo 108 looked like the photos. Not a brand new reno, but more recent. It was very clean. No A/C, but we never felt we needed it. There are extra fans for circulation. We are not super picky or pretentious, we just like clean and taken care of and we found that in this condo! We appreciate the fact updating on the islands is a pricey venture to say the least. You always hope people care for your things the way you would, but thats not always the case. The building itself is older, but soo well taken care of! The pool and grilling area was pretty pristine. All the units face the ocean. I will say we could never hear people talking in the other units, but the unit above us 208 seem to walk very heavy... maybe they had a child or children but it was not awesome before 6am. Literally it was my only gripe, and certainly no reflection on the Rental company or the Condo building itself. I was reading other peoples experiences on various sites and i was a bit concerned at first, but it was (to me) unfounded. I cannot comment on other units and their condition... just ours. The Kauai Vacation Rental folks were great! They left some swag which was nice! We actually had an issue with something and we contacted them and Gloria called back and everything was taken care of. Upon our departure they had a gentleman come in and fix the issue.Great Island, Great Aloha Sprit, Great Accommodations = A GREAT VACATION!! Would definitely come back!!

Exactly as advertised!
We had a great stay! The location was perfect for exploring the North and South shores and everything in between. I would stay here again (hopefully after the road construction is done - the management of traffic flow through Wailua and Kapaa needs improvement, but as long as you grabbed an ice cream and just went with the flow - it was fine). The view of Wailua beach and the ocean outside the door was great! The pool was a nice change of pace from the ocean beaches and we hit the pool at the end of everyday to cool down and reflect on the day’s adventures! The only item we had to buy was plastic baggies for our lunches we made. Everything else we needed (soft cooler, hard coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach blankets/pads, beach umbrellas, and cold packs for the coolers) was here! I would recommend this VRBO to anyone!

Great condo in a great location
This condo was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and everything else worked well. It is perfectly located between the North and South parts of the island. There are also some great places to eat, shopping and a weekly market with lots of fresh fruit near the condo. Checking in and out was very easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was lovely with all the amenities we needed. Property is not right on the beach but accessibility is very close by. Lots of shops, restaurants etc nearby. Beautiful views, loved the deck for morning coffee. Bedroom is at front so if a light sleeper you may be awakened by emergency vehicles on main road. We never used the pool but it looked nice with BBQs onsite. Very happy and would recommend!

Lovely view, but . . .
The bedroom is located in the front so you won't hear the waves crashing especially with no a/c and fans going. Bed is rock hard. Did not sleep the 3 nights we were there. Kitchen is beautifully updated, but furniture is old and not very comfortable. Place lacked charm and bathroom could've been cleaned better. Towels had funky smell not fresh. Highlight is the balcony. Place has potential. Also, sliders need to be fixed. We were nervous just to open it. Would not stay again.

Beautiful view, but you can’t access the beach from the property. Perhaps just as well, beach seems to have residents whose behavior is questionable. Unit is lovely, but there is a long list of rules that are a bit annoying.

Great view, great location, great condo. Just needed a little better cleaning before arrival.
We loved this condo. It gave us everything we were hoping to have. Beautiful views, beautiful location, nicely updated. The down side was the condo wasn’t the cleanest when we got here. (Hair in the shower, toe nails on bathroom floor, stains on bed sheets).. my wife had to vacuum and clean a little which is the last thing you want to do first day of a honeymoon.

Perfect Location / Perfect Stay
We recently stayed at your wonderful property for our babymoon. The property couldn't be more centrally located. We were able to hop back and forth between Hanalei and Poipu without too much headache, and we were close to the airport for easy access upon arrival and departure. Waking up every morning to the ocean and coming home to the ocean was our favorite part. We had breakfast and a few dinners right on the patio. Thanks for everything it was the perfect spot to stay.

Amazing View and Property!
We had an amazing stay here! Every morning we had the beautiful view of the beach and sound of waves - can't get any better than that! The condo was nicely updated, had plenty of amenities and centrally located to plenty of restaurants and shops. Great communication with check in and check out. We loved it here!
