« We wanted waterfront simply for the view and these views were excellent! Would like to thank the host for providing the snow for a "white Christmas" ;) We cooked our Christmas dinner at the property and found the kitchen and supplies to be great. The fireplace was cozy!The only negative was that there was no snow shovel or broom to clear the doorway and path, which made those areas very slippery; although the driveway got plowed after the previous nights snow.Thank you and definitely recommend...

« This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. »

« The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son.
