« Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

« I recently stayed at the hotel for 15 days and had a generally good experience. The room was clean and tidy throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining it. Luciana, the cleaner, was especially friendly and responsible, which added to the positive experience. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. It would be more considerate to provide an instruction card for the laundry machine. Additionally, the shower pressure was weaker than I expected....

« This apartment was a great choice for us. Safe, well furnished, warm and comfortable. Near the centre of Bath with everything walkable. We stayed during Christmas Market and it was a good base to pop back to when we needed to off load shopping or have a rest.
