We do not offer charters on this boat. It is a dockside accomodation only. Truly enjoy all the beauty the keys has to offer from this open concept motor yacht. Wake up with coffee on the large back deck & then end it with a glass of wine on the fly bridge for sunset. The boat has a spacious open feel perfect for entertaining! We are located at the Perry Marina one of the most prestigious resorts in Key West. Water front swimming pools, bars and restaurants, free parking and a downtown shuttle service, all just steps from the boat for you to enjoy! This will truly be an experience of a lifetime!

The space
Please remember this is a boat so storage space is limited. Large suitcases are difficult to store. Small bags are best. It’s the Keys so all you need is your swimsuit and a smile! This boat sleeps 4.

Great Get Away
Yacht was clean and well supplied. Included amenities of the resort which were great & convenient, especially the shuttle to downtown Key West. Will add this location to list of future trips.

Nice houseboat in Stock Island
We had a really nice couple of days on this boat. We are older (over 60), and we weren't sure if it was going to be our thing. It was good though! The host was amazingly helpful. We loved the private beach and pool right around the corner. We have been to Key West a lot, so we didn't need to do all the tourist stuff. We mostly stayed on Stock Island. It was easy to get Ubers, so we didn't bother with a car or golf cart. If we were staying longer, we probably would have rented a golf cart. The boat was super clean, well stocked, and the living area was beautiful. The bedrooms were pretty small, as would be expected. The water pressure in the shower was pretty much nonexistent, but we showered over at the clubhouse by the beach. It was nice there, and plenty of hot water. If your idea of roughing it is a hotel without a concierge, this may not be your thing. We were happy with it though, and would do it again.

Loved our stay on the water!
This was our first time staying on a boat, no a yacht! Michael was extremely helpful when meeting up to check us in. All of his tips and advice was helpful during our stay. The boat itself is amazing - clean, spacious, comfortable and in a beautiful location. The marina was quiet, easy to access and walk around, well maintained and had friendly people. We had the beach to ourselves during our stay. It's absolutely stunning. The pool overlooked the channel and more boats - so gorgeous! We would definitely stay again!

Great stay on Stock Island
Great stay on a nice boat with a fantastic host. Michael went above & beyond to get us checked-in, familiar with the boat and loaded with great suggestions for everything from scooters to sandwiches. The Stock Island club has a nice pool with locker rooms/showers, laundry etc, just a few steps from the boat. You'll be a 15 min golf cart ride from Duval, with a free, daily air show from the Navy base next door. Have coffee on the fly-bridge, enjoy the jets and sleep comfortably in the quiet marina. We really enjoyed our unique stay and look forward to returning.

We should have left immediately after being told that the door didn’t lock. 2 women just don’t feel safe in an unlocking houseboat. Tiny bugs were on the wall of the master & my daughter had bites the next morning. Being unfamiliar with living on a boat, we would have made different arrangements had we known that you can’t flush even toilet paper. Being made aware that the boat had been moved to a different marina; it would have been nice to know that we were then 4 miles from downtown!—which forced us to rent a car. A large expense we had not anticipated. After 2 nights of no sleep we left. Upon telling the owner, he never responded. All in all a deeply regretted experience.

Fun adventure
We thought we would do something very different for our family vacation and stay on a boat! It was a very nice trip and Anna is awesome at communicating with you and making sure you are well taken care of while there! I did read many of the reviews prior to booking and they are right on target. I will say the carpets/rugs are getting a little soiled but I would not say they were unclean or unsanitary. It is a bit of a pain point that the shower couldn't be utilized as much as we would have liked as it didn't drain well and was very unstable with the output of water due to a kink-like in the hose going to the shower head. The showers at the clubhouse are quite nice and only a short walk over! Overall, if you going to stay a few days and want a bit of a different type of stay, I would recommend!

Fantastic
We loved our stay on the boat. Plenty of room for our family of 4 (2 teenage boys). The marina was nice and quiet. Enjoyed the pool and the walk out to the tiki hut for beautiful views. Anna was really pleasant and appreciated flexible check out/ check in. We didn’t need a thing, but know Anna was very reachable should anything have come up. Thank you!

Clean, quiet, convenient
We were a group of four women traveling to Key West for a long weekend. Originally, the boat was moored at the Perry Hotel which is a posh, bustling resort. Due to changes in the marina’s rental policy, the boat was moved to the Stock Island Yacht Cub and Marina. What a delightful change! The SIYCM had a small gym, a beautiful pool, a test kitchen restaurant with limited but delicious! offerings, and a private beach that we had to ourselves all 3 days. The club locker room was clean and had enough showers, toilets that you never had to wait. The whole facility was clean, quiet, uncrowded but yet close to good Stick Island restaurants and 15 min from Duval Street. The boat itself was clean and had all that we needed for a quick weekend get away. Anna, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful. If you want quiet and relaxing, but close enough to the lively action of Key West, highly recommend this boat

A unique stay- fun experience!
We were looking for something different- and we found it! We found the original listing didn't have a lot of detail so we were a little nervous... but everything was great. The property manager Anna had good communication about check in and met us at the gate to show us to the yacht and to walk us around and give us details specific to staying on a yacht. She also had good local information on eating, etc. The marina was beautiful- secure and safe. We didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting. Showers (in the main building) and fitness center were nice. Watched the sunrise on the small private beach- wow! Read and watched pelicans from the top (driving?) deck- so enjoyable! You won't have room to spread out here, but it's an experience not to be missed! We were four adults and had a wonderful two day stay. Would definately recommend to friends.

There was really not a lot of room for improvement. Boat was as described, plenty of space for 4 adults, and the marina was nice too. We felt very safe and secure compared to a nearby marina we stayed at a few years ago. We are cabin cruiser owners so already familiar with only using the head for #1 and we don’t flush our tp either, so that was easy for us to follow. The boat is close enough to the clubhouse bathrooms that we chose to shower there instead of on the boat, but it was nice that the boat had 8 bath/pool towels, a hand towel, and a couple wash rags. Honestly, the only thing that could have been better, would be if there was a spare blanket somewhere so we didn’t have to share the comforter, or to sit under when on the back of the boat in the cool air of a January evening (had we driven and not flown into key west we would have brought a blanket). The pool was nice, the clubhouse bathroom hot water for the showers wasn’t hot enough for my personal taste but it did the trick, were spacious, clean, and had good flow. The marina store staff were nice and they had a decent selection of drinks and snacks to buy. We didn’t use the coffee maker on the boat but the marina store let us have the coffee they made each morning. We didn’t go up to the test kitchen, and we didn’t use the fitness center or workspace computer offered at the marina clubhouse either. Short 15min drive to Duvall street, we had papa scooters delivered to the boat and got a 10% discount from the boat host connection so that was cool. Oh and fair warning... the road leading back to the marina is only 25mph which is strictly enforced (got a speeding ticket doing 34), so take your time going to and from, lol! Would definitely stay on this boat again and I highly recommend it, unless doing so increases our chances of it being booked the next time we come down, lol!

Do something different! Stay overnight or several nights on a boat! And this one is terrific. Easy check in (the owners will meet you there), comfortable beds, and a beautiful marina! Very close to the Key West Airport where I would highly recommend taking the sea plane out to Dry Tortugas.

Hidden Gem!
We just returned from two nights and absolutely loved everything! The location is spectacular and the Perry Hotel amenities second to none! Use of the two pools, three bars, full dinning, coffee house, pet store, gym and an ice cream shop coming. Several shower houses available, snacks, pop, water and beer available in the store for purchase - you never need to leave this location!! The accommodations were exactly as described and comfortable for two couples! Beautiful sunrises and amazing air shows from the naval base. One of the most enjoyable nights we have had on vacation in a long time! Friendly neighbors and quick and easy check in and check out - if you are looking for something different - this is is! We will be back!!! Thank you - Anna, Mike and Kim for a great stay!!

This is a wonderful boat. The only issues we had were the fact that the TV doesn’t work and the WI-FI is spotty. Other than that the boat is a perfect place to stay!

few little problems with air conditioning electrical . Main complaint was the amount of noise the ac made while running ........ac had to run 24/7 and rattled and vibrated the whole lower level. Was told this cold sleep five........( which was true if you wanted 5th person to sleep on floor)
