Une confortable villa de deux chambres et deux salles de bain, idéalement située de la plage de Kiawah, du Sanctuary Hotel, du Roy Barth Tennis Center et d'East Beach Village et de cinq parcours de golf de classe mondiale. L'île de Kiawah est bordée à la fois par la rivière Kiawah d'un côté et par le vaste océan Atlantique de l'autre. Faites une promenade à l'extérieur et découvrez les divers animaux sauvages tels que les pélicans bruns, les aigrettes, les balbuzards, les dauphins et les alligators. Des activités telles que le kayak, le paddle board, le vélo, les parcs sont également disponibles. Unit was better than the pictures
We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice and clean unit, had everything we needed. Convenient to the beach once we figured out the trails, and we were able to keep our dog with us (Irish Wolfhound) so all was great. Thanks!

Great location, unit itself leaves much to be desired
PROS - the location of the unit is great, it's literally steps away from the tennis center (perfect if you're a tennis or pickleball player), and just a couple minute walk from the Sanctuary/ bike rental/ beach access. CONS- The unit itself is disgusting. I am appalled at the amount we paid to stay here to walk in and find the place very outdated. It reminds me of a place you'd stay at while on spring break in college, not a place you'd stay in while vacationing in the pristine Kiawah. The sofas in the living room smell musty and could use a serious deep cleaning (or replacement all together). There's carpet that's no telling how old, faucets/tubs are super old. The towels had little hairs (looked like short dog hairs) on them. There were also huge red ants in the kitchen every morning, so we had to spend time cleaning Re: communication, the actual owner lives in the NE; we had to track him down to get the parking passes and unit key information the day before we left. I've never had to do that with any other property we've rented at Kiawah. Owner blamed it on being busy at work - OK. Then, the actual property manager proceeds to call us at 8:30pm on a Friday evening, a whole 24+ hours after we had arrived, to ask if we had "gotten in okay". She then called again the night before checkout to ask when we were leaving the next day because "earlier is better for her to get in" - way to make us feel rushed getting out. Don't stay here unless you're desperate!

After spending three nights, we were stripping the sheets off the bed as requested and there was a live roach between fitted sheet and mattress pad. Which means we were sleeping with bugs in the bed for three nights! Yuck! Unacceptable. I have not heard back from Host or Vrbo as of yet. Also the living room TV had four remotes and a stack of manuals, to use, none of which worked TV. Finally got a picture on second day but never was able to get sound bar to work. I asked local property manager how to work it when she called to check on things, she told me she didn't know either. Who wants to read a bunch of manuals while on vacation. If it had just been the TV issue I would have given four stars as it is a great location and a nice place, but bugs in the bed are too much.It's hard to recommend this place or Vrbo because of the roaches.

Perfect relaxing getaway
This place was perfect for our kiawah stay! It was just my husband and me but could have easily fit another 2 adults and some kids! Very spacious and everything was pristine and clean. The master bed was so comfy. Brian went out of his way to communicate and make sure getting into the place was easy and smooth. The location is perfect for the beach and bike/walking path. The provided beach chairs were a perk and the bathrooms are great. Highly recommend staying here- we will be back!

Great Accommodations for Two Couples
The condo worked very well for my wife and myself, and another couple. We all came up to participate in the Kiawah Island Marathon. The property was clean and in great condition, well-equipped, and exceeded our expectations. Great place and great service by property manager! The cleaner even checked in with us to make sure everything was right! I will definitely look up this property in the future should our travels take us back to Kiawah Island.

Tennis Club Villa
I stayed here for 6 weeks. The villa served me well. The master bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for my needs and the main TV and sound bar were excellent!! I must say the second bedroom bed was not comfortable, especially for anyone who may be overweight. Brenda, the manager was very attentive, although I really didn't need her for much. I would certainly stay here again should the need arise.

Great Service, Perfect Location
The management and housekeeping teams were outgoing and available. The unit had everything we expected and needed. The unit is a short walk to The Sanctuary Hotel, the tennis center, and the best beach in the world.

Wonderful - photos don't do it justice
What a wonderful, cozy place this is, I was very happy with all aspects of this home. The kitchen had everything I needed, every room was sparkling clean and it was a perfect distance from the beach, as it was a lovely walk I did twice a day with my dog. Along the way, we saw an alligator, a great egret, herds of dear, a black racer snake and numerous tiny frogs. Wild kingdom! The resort as a whole is lovely, neighbors were nice and I couldn't have been happier - and I'm usually very picky.

Great location for a Kiawah vacation!
Brian was fantastic to work with! The unit is close to the beach, tennis, resort restaurants and market, and bike trails. We love Kiawah, and have stayed at many locations over the years. This unit is a favorite because of it's central location and pet-friendliness... highly recommended!

A very clean condo near the beach. Eclectic color and furnishings in an older condo. New refrigerator and washer dryer. New paint (poorly painted) and carpet which was lush. Odd color scheme, but overall a good value.

Family getaway
Great unit and location. Comfortable beds and clean baths. Sleeper sofa very comfortable but other is difficult to get off of. Screened porch was a complete joy, clean, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen supplies could use come upgrading; i.e., some wooden spoons or stirring items, larger turner for pancakes and such, something sharp to cut with. Overall a nice location for Kiawah activities.

Much needed getaway
This was the first vacay we had in several years. It was such a great stay. The location is incredible, giving us access to pretty much everything in a short drive or walk. The cleanliness was spot on, and we enjoyed the condo itself very much. There were also wildlife roaming the community at night. It was so great to not have anything go wrong on a much needed vacay.
