« This place has such an amazing view. Very comfortable place to wake up in. Have the best view to sit and have a cup of coffee and start your day. The only thing I would change is maybe a little bit more soundproofing from the clients downstairs. The first evening there were some louder clients downstairs. Understandably there's nothing the host can really do about it. Just unfortunate some people are louder than others. »

« We stayed at this location for five days. Great location. Walking distance to town. A vehicle was available if needed. Host met us on site and offered to help out if we needed help »

« We had a great stay at the Shoreline. All of the rooms in the unit are large, giving us plenty of space for our family of 4. The unit was clean and the location was convenient for all of our activities in Kodiak. If you plan on using the laundry, make sure to take enough quarters. I believe it was $1.50 for a load in the wash and $2.00 per load to dry. We had a great stay and I would recommend staying here on a trip to Kodiak. »

« Awesome Views! So comfortable, clean, and cozy. The decor was charming, bed very comfortable, and such a lovely quiet place to stay. Will definitely be back! »

« Three adults stayed for a week and fished. Great place to stay and awesome view. Host was easy to contact and very helpful. »

« Lodging was as advertised. A bit out of the way from downtown Kodiak, but not a far drive from anything and very clean. Would recommend if you need the space and/or a kitchen. »

« Lee and Annie's BnB worked out great for our four days of exploring around Kodiak. The Fiat that came with the room was a key reason we booked our stay and it worked out really well. Lee was also helpful with all manner of tips and made sure everything went well. »

« My brother, son and I had a layover in Kodiak before leaving for Larsen Bay. R&B's pad was a great centralized location and we walked to most places when we were exploring Kodiak. The home was comfortable and well stocked, we had a great time! »

« It is a great unit for privacy as this unit is detached from he main house. Nice view from the balcony. Newly renovated bathroom. Host, Stephen was extremely kind and welcoming. Communication was very good. He was very responsive with any questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again. »

« A great 2 BR / 1 BA upstairs apartment. Comfortable living room and most of what you need to cook and dining table. Beds and pillows are ever comfortable. Love the double oven for cooking meals. Close to town. In a quiet neighborhood. »

« Comfortable room in a very convenient location. »

« I stayed here on a work trip and my wife and 1 year old tagged along. Stephen was quick to respond to our needs. We were in need of something every night with the little one. Place was clean and warm with the space heater. There was a extra twin bed we used for the little one. We were also able to rent a truck for the trip which was great to get out an see some bears. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. It is conveniently located near downtown and the harbor and has a great view of the water from the back porch. We would definitely stay again the next time we travel to Kodiak. »

« Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the beach every morning to search for sea glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak. »
