Walk to the Beach! Moir Garden Beach House with A/C at Kiahuna Plantation!

Aloha and welcome to the sunny south shore of the majestic island of Kaua'i! Relish 35 acres of lush tropical grounds, orchid gardens, and beautiful Kiahuna Beach - a golden crescent known for its calm clear waters. Enjoy complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club to lounge at the swimming pool, play a game of tennis or pickleball, and dine at the Cabana Bar & Grill.

This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style "beach house" features a dramatic view of the Moir Botanical; Cactus Garden from the spacious lanai and living areas. Beach House #304 features the ultimate in comfort with a brand new multi-zone split A/C system and new upgraded living room furnishings.

The fully renovated, well equipped kitchen and well-maintained community grills make it easy to have your island favorites on hand. Two dining areas, one indoors and the other on the lanai, provide ample room to relax and enjoy. The living area features cozy seating, a new queen-size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a landline phone for free local calls.

The bedroom features its own split A/C, a comfy king-size bed, and a second smart TV.

The bathroom features two spaces separating the vanity area from the walk-in shower area for additional privacy and functionality.

Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are all provided in the home for guests to use during their stay. Surf school, snorkeling, paddle-board rental, and more are all available right on the property. The Beach Hut can get everything you need for the beach - towels, chairs, sunscreen, snorkel gear, even sandcastle building supplies. Picnic areas and community grills are located throughout the resort.

The home can comfortably accommodate four people with the use of a queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living area. While #304 is a ground-floor unit, guests must be able to comfortably walk up and down stairs to access the home from the convenient free parking area. While you can relax endlessly just enjoying the resort, we do recommend renting a car to enjoy the island more fully.

Shopping, art galleries, golf, hiking, beaches, and a variety of dining options are all located within a roughly 3-mile radius. Ready to explore more? Helicopter Tours, Sunset Sails along the breathtaking Napali Coast, Kayak Adventures to Waterfalls, Deep Sea Fishing, Zipline, Horseback Riding, Waimea Canyon, and Spouting Horn are all waiting for you on the Garden Isle.

Beautiful townhome across the street from the ocean. Very short walk to a beautiful beach with sand and just the right amount of waves. Turtles swam along side of us! Sunsets are like nothing we have seen before. Would definitely come back to this exact home away from home.

Beautiful Grounds & Great Location
Kiahuna Plantation is a gorgeous property with amazing gardens and lovely pathways. The beach is great and it is nice to be adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel. The rental unit provided us with everything we needed for the beach which saved us money and made beach days so much more comfortable. They provided beach mats, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards! That was very much appreciated. Kitchen was clean and new. Sofa bed was new and comfortable for the kids. Overall, great stay!!

Property had AC which was nice. Some of the written instructions for TV, beach towels were incorrect or contradictory to verbal comments we received. Unit was clean but rug was very stained. No daily housekeeping, which we were aware of but only one set of bath towels per person were provided regardless of length of stay.

Perfect Beach-side Condo!
The condo was impeccably clean and had all the beach necessities you needed (but can't bring in your suitcase - cooler, towels, sand bag, etc.). The only minor inconvenience was checking in and out -- the lockbox is in the shopping center across the street. The building is one of the furthest away from the beach and laundry services at Kiahuna, but it was still a quick walk to the beach (<5 minutes) and Athletic Club. A great, more affordable place to stay right on the beach in Kauai!

Good condo in a nice complex
Firstly, Shellah at CBI Island Vacations was so helpful, from before we landed on Kauai to the day we departed. She could not have done more for us as we had an issue that we needed to sort while we were on the island. As for the place itself, it's a clean, large condo in a quiet but well located complex, close to a couple of great beaches and a few eating and drinking places. Kauai is best explored with a car, but there is an hourly bus to take you around the local area (Poipu) and that you can connect to other services on, as we did to get to the port. The place is a little old fashioned, but has everything you need, from kitchen pots and pans to beach chairs. Everything worked fine and there was plenty of cool air from the fans and AC. We would stay here again.

Great place, great location
We enjoyed the condo! The fan was nice to cool us off. I think being on the garden was a bit buggier than other locations but it was beautiful!! The condo was VERY well stocked, except for salt and pepper! It was fun to utilize the fitness club across the street. Nice short walk to the beach!!! This unit is not managed on site so the onsite folks weren't super friendly or helpful to us. We never did meet our managers but they left a key and all we needed in a lock box at their office across the street. We really enjoyed ourselves!! THANKS SO MUCH!!
