« Jolie propriété avec superbe vue! Confortable pour 3 adultes mais a 4 quelqu'un doit dormir sur le sofa lit (qui n'est pas assez long pour un adulte mais parfait pour des enfants). Le jacuzzi est agréable (prévoir plusieurs heures pour le rechauffer) ainsi que le foyer électrique intérieur. Nous avons aimé notre séjour à cette endroit et y retournerons avec plaisir. »

« Such a beautiful property & great value!!! Unbelievable views from our room of the waterfall on property grounds. Photos of the property do not do it justice. We booked this very last minute due to a change of schedule due to rain & the host’s communication was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved our change of plans. Not only was this property beautiful & full of hummingbirds, but Bajos del Toro was charming & had so much to offer. »

« A great place to reconnect with nature and friends, play some cards on the terrace and cool off in the pool. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfy. The house looks like the photos. Atenas was hot while we were here so the pool helped tremendously - would not recommend staying at a house without a pool in the dry season there! « This House Is simple Amazing. The owners are perfect, there when you need but not disturbing. We went there 4 friends, nothing is missing, Even a milk froder. The view from the marvelous pool is awsome night and day. To do central part of Costa Rica it’s the best. We rent a car it was perfect. »

« This villa offers everything you could desire. Beauty, comfort, atmosphere, luxury, art, birds and lovely garden. Pool and hot tub ensure relaxation and exercise. Elias as the caretaker and contact was perfect. Plan on a few days at the Villa without traveling everyday. Would recommend seeing Poás volcano and a trip to the beach at Jaco. Both very easy in a day trip. Many very good places to eat in the town of Atenas. »

« My husband and I enjoyed our 8 nights here. Peaceful and easy to just relax. Close to everything in town but secluded perch to enjoy your time away. Of course, Piet & Yvonne are amazing, we love staying at one of their properties. Only thing I would change is having the gardeners descend on the property for 4-5 hours one morning during our stay. « This was our first visit to beautiful Costa Rica. We stayed only a few days in San Jose before we ended our trip on the Pacific side.There were 7 of us traveling together for a family reunion and this hacienda was perfect for us! Plenty of room and easy to get around. The home had everything we could need; full kitchen, washer and dryer, toiletries too. And a huge, well taken care of, yard and garden. « Beautiful house and area, smooth check in, clean accommodations, fast and helpful communication from host and property manager. Being close to the airport was a great bonus. We had a great time and would return! »

« Super host! Very communicative from start to finish. The accommodations were superb. The kids loved the pool area. We were all entertained with the outdoor living space. Everything easy and accessible in the kitchen, to allow for a lot of “at home” meal preparation. The bedrooms very comfortable, and wheelchair accessible (for my father). A gorgeous backyard garden with a strolling path for everyone, including my father. We will all be back!! »

« Very clean loft, awesome views from the balcony/hot tub, very responsive host. Has everything you need with a convenient store and local restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the street, Poas Volcano/park nearby and the town of Poas 10 minute drive away (huge restaurant selection, gas stations, supermarket etc.). Can get windy as it's up on a hill so bring ear plugs or white noise app if you're a light sleeper »

« Super hôtel, très propre et neuf. À distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants. Par contre, l’emplacement est bruyant. Si cela ne vous dérange pas, c’est un excellent endroit pour vous. Le personnel ne parle qu’en espagnol. C’est important de pouvoir se débrouiller dans la langue ou d’avoir accès à un traducteur en ligne. »
