Guests will have access to the entire property minus a couple locked closets (not in bedrooms) and one of the garages is a game room.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation

POOL HEATING
>$100/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in the booking amount -- increased price in winter months (November to March) -- if the stay exceeds 5 days, there is additional $15/day charged for unlimited spa usage

PETS
>$25/night per pet
>$200 charge if pets not disclosed
>Must pick up after pet and accompany at all times

FIREPIT/GRILL
>We try to keep our properties tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
