This lake front home located at the 3.7 MM is perfect for spending time with the family/friends for a weekend getaway or a week long vacation. Sleeps 8 comfortably (6 adults max).

Excellent Lake of the Ozarks Location by both land and boat! Come relax and enjoy or breathtaking views in our 2 bedroom and open loft area with 2 bathroom lakefront home. Fully furnished and well maintained, you'll enjoy an open main floor plan with a full view of the lake in sunroom. Plenty of space for grilling and smoking your favorite meal.

“Master bedroom” with a king bed, (2 persons) upstairs, private, and sound proof. The "loft" also holds (4 persons) for sleeping arrangements. Although, they are not private they are comfortable and near a full bathroom. The “Guest room” is on the main floor with queen size bed (2 persons). Additional sleeping is in the "Sun Room". Full queen (hide a bed) and we provide a full size air mattress.

All area’s for sleeping is provided with sheets, blankets, throw blankets, many quality pillows. Always clean and freshly made for your comfort.

BATHROOMS: 1 full size bathroom with shower/ tub upstairs in loft area. 1 large size bathroom shower only on main level. We provide all bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes along with the bathroom toiletries necessary for your comfort.

Private Dock includes plenty of patio furniture, wet-steps, Lilly Pad and 2 kayaks for your personal use. Some life jackets, ski belts, beach towels, and saddles for your use.

The flat driveway that pulls up to the front door at the bottom of the cul-de-sac will hold 4 cars comfortably but parked correctly up to 6.

Walk to lake from back or front of the house is not a steep walk. Three steps down from back dock to the concrete walkway to the lake. Again, not a steep walk and 5 wide steps on the concrete walkway.

This is a non-smoking property.
