« My husband and my son and his wife all stayed for a long golf weekend. Great location and wonderful cabin. The hot tub cover is in need of replacement, two strong people needed to remove and put back on but other than that it was a 10 out of 10. »

« Beautiful view, plenty of space for a large group, great customer service. We needed help operating tvs & the garbage disposal but a quick phone call helped right away. (Btw- in the downstairs area w the pool table, the cable receiver is on the wall behind the tv. And the switch for the garbage disposal is inside the pull up cabinet (little signs to explain these things would be helpful). But this is a great property and we very much enjoyed our stay! »

« Wonderful place to stay.. the three headed shower is overwhelming in a good way! Only complaint is that there was literally no food items in the kitchen. No salt, no pepper, no left over remnants of any kind like cooking oil or spices. So come prepared, because we were not. »

« The cabin is clean and comfortable, balcony has a view from living room and master bedroom. Kitchen was stocked with everythings, also all kinds of spices, although we brought our own in case. The stove needs a lighter so we found one at the fireplace, The house is homey and secluded, it is the last one on the very narrow one lane woodsy street. « My husband and I snuck away to Casa Blanca for a rest & relaxation weekend & the property did not disappoint. Far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet and close enough to find a bite to eat. The home is beautifully decorated and the views are amazing. Highly recommend! »

« The Chalet is amazing. The view was fantastic and you are surrounded by beautiful TN nature. We have visited and stayed in a lot of VRBO/ batch and this was one of the nicest, family friendly homes that we've had the good fortune to experience. « A real lake house experience. Nestled in the trees and you can hear boats on the water below. There is a trail down to the edge but we didnt walk down. The house is older but nothing really out of sorts. Super clean! Well appointed with comfy beds, plenty of towels, lots of dishwater and cookware, spices and such in cabinets. A good grill for barbecue. Hot tub was excellent! This was a great base for us as we kayaked to Burgess Falls. »

« We chose Blackberry Hill because, with a strenuous hike, the lake was accessible! Now, you do have to turn and hike down levels once you reach the end of the steps, but there is a great rock ledge. We navigated down with kayaks, fishing poles and a paddle board, and a 5 and 2 year old!!! But once we got to the water, it was incredible! If you want to get to the water on Centerhill lake, I recommend Blackberry Hill! »

« The location felt secluded yet was within a family friendly environment. You felt like you were in a treehouse. Particularly enjoyed the screened porch and all of the comfortable furniture and bedding. The driveway was a bit challenging, but doable. The coffee maker was a Keurig, and we were not notified of that. The hot tub was clean and comfortable and perfect for a cool rainy evening. Kitchen was well appointed. « Decent property with amazing views far above the water. Geography of area is amazing. Property is fairly easy getting to, tight parking and turn around. Property needs some upgrades and slight musty smell. Very large deck to hang out on. All in all it was good place to stay with a nice location. »
